“Sale & closing of our home was seamless. We’ve bought & sold 15 homes since 2001 and this was by far the easiest sale. No showings, gave us lots of time to move, closed without a hiccup. Would recommend to anyone thinking of selling.”

“I would recommend Opendoor to anyone - and I have! They made the process seamless! We knew what to expect every step along the way. They gave us a VERY fair price, especially since we didn’t have to fix ANYTHING in our 17 year old home. We were able to pick our own closing date, did not deal with showings, etc. The closing was easy and went just like they said, and there were no hidden fees. We were skeptical that something could be this easy, but it was! Would recommend 100%!”

“Opendoor offered me a very fair price for my townhouse. Then they made it very easy to go to closing. The proceeds were in my bank account the next day. I would gladly work with Opendoor again. A pleasant experience.”

“We are senior citizens and needed an easy hassle free home sale. We definitely got this with Opendoor. We did not have to show the house or have open houses to contend with. We were also able to stay in the house after the closing which allowed us to close on our new house without added pressure. It was a wonderful stress free experience that I would highly recommend to others.”

“I first knew about Opendoor buying property from an online ad showing a bike rider's story of him sold his house to Opendoor, at price above his expectation, so he can spend more time to enjoy riding. That was some impressive story but hard to believe! When its my turn to sell my condo, I was willing to give it a try and contacted Opendoor. The whole process, from 1st phone call to closing, took about 5 weeks at price near the higher end of my expectation. I would recommend Opendoor to my friends for a trouble and worry free transaction.”

“Where to begin? The whole experience was excellent. From the moment I requested my offer, to the time of closing, it was smooth sailing. Virtual walk through of my home was very convenient versus an in person walk through. The offer I received after the walk through was even higher than what the initial estimate offer was. Closing with a notary online was also so convenient. I didn't have to miss work to go to a title company to get it done. In times like these, having these convenient options is great! Also, the offer I received was more than what a realtor had suggested I listed my home for. Choosing my closure date was the cherry on top for us, the closing of the sale of my home was 100xs easier than the closing of the purchase of my new home. That should say it all.”

“Run! I just went through a horrendous experience buying a house from Opendoor in Phoenix, AZ. Wasted a lot of time and money on inspections and discovered countless issues that would require over $45,000 repairs. Opendoor didn't even have the courtesy to respond to my BINSR. Poor communication throughout. There isn't a seller agent you can speak with. Opendoor tries to automate things and make the experience easy but fail miserably. I'm still waiting to get my earnest money back and the title company which Opendoor insists on using is still waiting for Opendoor to sign the BINSR to process the cancellation.”

“Our selling experience was trouble free. It was great not having to spend time and energy showing the house. Uploading photos and information to the online system through the app was super easy, and our "Experience Partner" responded quickly to our questions by text.”
