“Was a wonderful experience! I started out skeptical because the process sounded to easy. Open door shocked me and experience was exactly what they advertised.... Due to covid I had a virtual walk thru with consultant who explained the next steps after walk thru and when I would receive cash offer. Signed contract of offer, set closing date and worked towards completing detailed checklist of what needs to be completed before closing. Went to closing and was wired funds before I made it back home. :-) How awesome was that? I even changed my closing date twice and still didn't run into any hiccups. The communication provided guided me throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this service as it was seamless and transparent the entire time. All groups of people encountered were always friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist. Thank you Open door for a wonderful experience during a very stressful time due to covid.”

“At first I thought Opendoor was too good to be true. Both the initial and updated after the video offer were better than expected and more than the homes were selling in our area. After we accepted our offer the transaction was so smooth I kept waiting for something bad to happen or for someone to say "just kidding!" but it never did. The Title Company was the best I have ever worked with and the communication with both them and Open Door was always quick and very clear. I was able to pick my close date and able to stay in my home free for 7 days which allowed me to prepare to move to a new state and close on my new home with less stress. I highly recommend them and have been telling everyone about them. I didn't have to worry about showings or worrying about moving my pets for the showings. It was so easy. Great experience!”

“Quick, easy, very professional experience. Definitely much easier to have just one showing, done via zoom virtual meeting, as opposed to multiple realtor showings. Price was very reasonable. Closing was efficient - you go to their office, or they can send notary to you. All in all - great experience.”

“Granger and the people at opendoor were great to work with. They made me a fair offer and allowed me to pick my closing date. Everything went smoothly at closing and I got my money quick. I would use Opendoor again.”

“Open door is ok. First person was ok. Second a lair .last person dealt with was a good person The title company they use in woodlands and worth a dam stay away from fidelity natl. They don't know the truth and left don't know wat right is doing beware of that tilte company”

“We opted to use Opendoor to sell our home in Phoenix. Worst mistake ever. They sent a reviewer to inspect our home for repairs, and the guy never got out of his car. He claimed that we needed 3000 in repairs. When we asked for evidence of repairs, Brittany Kato couldn't produce any photos or evidence of the repairs they claimed. We complained and they said that they would return 1000 to us for repairs. Opendoor made an addendum to pay us and ignored the signed agreement to pay us . They have never paid that and violated the agreement. When they paid s at closing, they claimed that they could pay more than 200K in one day and delayed paying us our last 100K an entire day violating the escrow agreement. They charge the same fee as a realtor and offer no value. Go somewhere else. Use a competitor but don't ever use Opendoor. You will be ripped off multiple times. I have evidence of what I say.”

“I read reviews before contacting Open Door but honestly I never expected such an easy, fair, hassle free sale and closing. It was almost too good to be true. Would Definitely Recommend giving them a call!!”

“I had sold to opendoor in the past without any issues. Loved them actually. Till now! I inquired about them buying my home and without anyone looking at it they wanted to charge me 14k in repairs. When I inquired about what repairs since no on has looked at my property, I was told for interior & exterior repairs.. again no one has seen my home. So I inquired more and I was told to replace carpet & paint exterior… btw everything is 2 years old and neutral color. I pressed again as now I’m really confused… I just got a call and was told because I have pets they have to repaint inside & replace all the carpet. Shocked!! No where is a policy written of such. My property is immaculate, been completely redone inside & out. Question all the fees they give you. Especially repairs before they see your home. We don’t smoke, we have pets. Unbelievable… will never inquire or use them again! Better off going with 72 Sold!”

“Open Door was awesome. It was a seamless process from start to finish. I have sold 3 houses and the Open Door was by far the Best. They offered a fair price with great customer service. No listing no haggling .true professional team.”

“We just got a offer from opendoor. We had already checked with a competitor. The beginning offer was low. It was 462k. After the outside inspection the starting point was 471k. There were the 5% fee, .5% closing of 2500 and repairs of over 7000. Dont know where that amount comes from. No one has been inside. The final offer was 438k. We had already looked into a competitor and got an initial offer of 486k. They have the 5% fee but no other closing costs. Haven't had inspection yet, but they already started out 15000 + the 2500 open door wants in closing cost. Essentially 17500 higher. Don't understand opendoor and how they do business, other than lowballing...”

“Open Door made the process very simple and convenient. I was able to time the sale of my existing home with the purchase of our new build home. I really appreciated how accessible the escrow officer and there customer service rep were.”

“Opendoor is a game changer! I can't recommend it enough! We were not looking forward to the traditional listing process: the work and inconvenience of showings and potential for contingencies delaying our move. I kept thinking there has to be a better way. A friend told me about Opendoor over lunch, and I had the first offer in minutes, the final offer within days and closed in the month. Closing date was our requested timing. Plus we got to rent our house for a week after close (a promotion free for a week) which made our move so much easier. Excellent customer service from our Opendoor representative too. If you're happy with your offer, this IS the way to sell your house.”

“Honestly it was amazing! I worked with Jenna and let me tell you, she was AMAZING I mean the best person to speak to and help you with everything! She walked me through the steps, offers, deals, suggestions I mean everything! She stayed up late with us, looked at offers and information on properties we were interested in, alway went out of her way day in and day out! Stayed up and would keep on contact all day long! Always called or texted me and kept me up to date with new houses! She did it all for us and helped us find out new home the family and let me tell you, it's amaizng! I couldn't recommend anybody else but her! She will help you with anything you need, any questions, any issues! We cannot wait to find another house and only work with her and always bring out business to open door! From family and friends! We are behind grateful and happy she did this for us and made sure we were happy with what we needed, Jenna thank thank for helping out family! And thank you for listing our house for sale with open door! The customer service was to die for! Won't recommend anybody but Jenna and Open door!!!”
