“We were pleased with Opendoor. They gave us fair offer for our home. They were in contact with us through the process. We signed the escrow papers and the next day we closed and the money was wired to our account”

“Opendoor is amazing!!! This is my second sell with them,they gave my family a great and fair price on our home and made the entire experience hassle free. I will highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to sell without the headache of showing and haggling with agents.”

“I live across the street from 45105 W. Horse Mesa Rd. in the City of Maricopa a home purchased by Opendoor over a month ago. The weeds are now a foot tall, trash in the front yard, trash cans still on the driveway. Nice to know how much Opendoor cares about the neighbors and what we are forced to look at after they purchase a home.”

“Opendoor offered a very fair price, the process was so easy that I kept waiting for there to be a problem but there never was. Easiest way to sell a house. Nobody ever even came into our home.”

“Best ever home selling experience. The traditional realtor method is going to become obsolete with the services offered with Opendoor and we will certainly never sell through a realtor again. “From the initial assessment and offer, through the escrow process and final closing, the whole Opendoor experience was stress-free and transparent. The title company representative and Opendoor point of contact were professional and responsive from start to finish, so there was never any uncertainty about the timeline that we established (i.e., we chose the closing date). The Opendoor model is to home sales what CarMax and Carvana are to auto sales. Opendoor is the future.”

“I was skeptical that anyone offering this type of service. I can't tell you what a pleasure it has been to deal with Open Door. Especially people like Lisa Evan and OS Title company. I was kept informed with important and timely information with absolutely no rush or pressure at any time. I will never sell a home the old way again I made even more than we expected. “I was skeptical about the process and whether it would serve my needs. I wanted a quick and definite sale without hiccups. I got that! The price was fair and the closing went well. No hiccups. The funds were received the same day or the next morning. I’ve already recommended the company to friends who plan to do the same. One note: the KCMO water dept will not permit me to turn off the water without signed copy of sale which I do not have. Nine days later still waiting on Opendoor to put that utility in their name or provide signed copy. A small problem but needs correction.”

“Opendoor has been amazing. We are still in the process of closing with the agent they assigned to us. The house we have under contract had the Opendoor system so we could view it without an agent. That was amazing! We were able to see the home during our schedule and use the app to get more information about the property. The agent they assigned to us when we were ready to put in an offer, which we did in the app was easy to work with and did everything via text. That worked for us because my husband and I are knowledge with buying houses. Great experience, would recommend using Opendoor to buy a property.”

“Jasmin Munoz was amazing in keeping us in the loop. Her communication was always effective and she made herself available for all of our many questions. As a whole, all that Opendoor promise, we received when selling our home. We really appreciated the accommodations they offered with our closing date and being patient with us through the process. The entire process was the smoothest we have ever experienced. Would we sell to Opendoor again, ABSOLUTELY!”

“Easy and happy!! Selling our house was a breeze! When we had questions I would text our Opendoor agent and she will answer and take care of our concerns within 24 hours. No showings while we were packing. The ability to sell your house and truly chose your closing date, get your finds right after closing, and be able to rent the house back for FREE this first week gave us the opportunity to buy our new home and move at-ease.”

“I was depressed and desperate to sell my home due to unforeseen circumstances and traumatic experiences. Being in our home had become an emotional burden because of it. I sought out a cash buyer instead of trying to hire an agent to help sell my home as the idea of such a task and requirements were too burdensome and projected sales proceeds were way below value from other means. But selling my home was key to myself and my son having a new beginning and moving forward in our healing process. Opendoor was a saving grace for us. They gave us an offer I felt I could accept unlike realtors and other cash buyer programs. They motivated me to get things done. They communicated with me with simplicity, thoughtfulness, patience and respect. Our contact man Stefon was easy to approach whether by phone or email. I truly appreciate all he and Opendoor did. I not only sold my house fast and got needed cash in my hand. They restored my hope and very well may have saved my life. I may not be completely out of the woods but I am in a better place in life because of them. Thank you opendoor.”
