“Jasmin Munoz was amazing in keeping us in the loop. Her communication was always effective and she made herself available for all of our many questions. As a whole, all that Opendoor promise, we received when selling our home. We really appreciated the accommodations they offered with our closing date and being patient with us through the process. The entire process was the smoothest we have ever experienced. Would we sell to Opendoor again, ABSOLUTELY!”

“Easy and happy!! Selling our house was a breeze! When we had questions I would text our Opendoor agent and she will answer and take care of our concerns within 24 hours. No showings while we were packing. The ability to sell your house and truly chose your closing date, get your finds right after closing, and be able to rent the house back for FREE this first week gave us the opportunity to buy our new home and move at-ease.”

“I was depressed and desperate to sell my home due to unforeseen circumstances and traumatic experiences. Being in our home had become an emotional burden because of it. I sought out a cash buyer instead of trying to hire an agent to help sell my home as the idea of such a task and requirements were too burdensome and projected sales proceeds were way below value from other means. But selling my home was key to myself and my son having a new beginning and moving forward in our healing process. Opendoor was a saving grace for us. They gave us an offer I felt I could accept unlike realtors and other cash buyer programs. They motivated me to get things done. They communicated with me with simplicity, thoughtfulness, patience and respect. Our contact man Stefon was easy to approach whether by phone or email. I truly appreciate all he and Opendoor did. I not only sold my house fast and got needed cash in my hand. They restored my hope and very well may have saved my life. I may not be completely out of the woods but I am in a better place in life because of them. Thank you opendoor.”

“My wife and I were not even sure we wanted to move and called Opendoor to see what an offer would look like. We were very happy with the offer and decided to sell. The flexibility was nice as we didn’t have a place in mind yet. We were able to push out our closing and then move it up when we were ready to close on our new home. Everything went as stated and we were very happy. Recommend to anyone who needs flexibility and stability.”

“Could never even view an opendoor listing. We have tried to visit 2 homes listed by opendoor. They both had misinformation in the listing -one listing there was no AC and one saying there was no HOA. The homes did indeed have AC and the HOA for the other property was $800 quarterly. The first home the lockbox would not work. These things happen, but with opendoor there is no agent you can speak with. We waited an hour for someone to speak with us and the call dropped and they never called back. The second property the failed to let us know the neighborhood was gated and never provided a gate code. Could not get in. Safe to say i will NEVER view a home listed by opendoor again. These issues would be solved if they actually tried to be correct in their listings and they had a dedicated agent line where we can speak to someone when were trying to view a home. I will tell everyone i know to”

“I was really skeptical, everything was too easy to be real. Right up until the money was deposited in our account. The service was really good, quick to answer questions, do it yourself changes like changing the closing date on the fly, and even move out 7 days later for now cost. They made a good offer right off the bat and there was so little to do that it made us leery. But it is that simple.”

“We wanted to sell the rental house, but we didn't want to interrupt our tenants, didn't want a sign in the yard, and we needed the flexibility to give our tenants time to find other places for themselves. Opendoor was the answer for us in each of these ways. They also gave us a very fair price for our house. Very glad that we considered and then followed through with this option. Very happy!”

“We cannot say enough about our experience with Opendoor. The process was extremely easy, and we were able to sell our house within a reasonable timeframe, and we didn’t have the added worry of having numerous people walking through our house, not to mention having to deal with contracts and all the other hassles involved in a typical house sale. We had our initial offer right away; and when we closed, we had our monies the very same afternoon wired into our account. We would definitely recommend to all of our family and friends.”

“I was in the market to sell my bigger Condo to move into a smaller home, as my children left the house , and I didn’t need the square footage I had in the Condo anymore. I reached out to Opendoor to get an estimate/quote on my property, and was not too serious about even using them, as I have bought, and sold five different homes, in the last 13 years, and therefore knew exactly what it entails to by a house with an all cash offer, and the easy closing process that comes with it. Also, knew about renting homes out, and then selling them as well, with the same realtor I had for all those years. Unfortunately, my realtor passed away last year, and I knew that either I choose a new realtor, or take the chance to have Opendoor help me with the sale of this Condo sale. After receiving my initial offer within just a short time frame after the zoom conference , and walk through with my iPhone in my hands to present my Condo, did I feel positive enough to accept the offer they gave me. Then I got contacted by my two closing agents, that helped me through the next few easy steps, and made sure we have everything taken care of, before the closing date. The agents were awesome!!! They were there day and/or night, whenever I had a question, or sthg needed to be submitted or taken care of. Then I received the lockbox via mail delivery for my keys , when I was ready to move out . I was able to stay an extra week after closing, as my new house wasn’t ready for me to move in upon closing of the Condo/Sale. The closing was as easy as can be too ! Friendly, and professionally done, and no long wait at an office or anything . Everything was done online , again via my IPhone . The money was in the bank within two hours after closing, which I thought was awesome , and unexpected, as I thought it surely would take a little longer for the bank to process . But nope, the money was wired to my bank. I stayed for the remaining days, And cleaned up, And only had to take pictures of the home as instructed before leaving the condo , locking up the doors, and leaving the keys in the lockbox, before driving to my new home😊👍 If all this is not easy , I don’t know what is easier, when selling a home :) I have in the meantime told a lot of people how great of an experience this has been, even during military meetings, as I live close to a military installation. For us in the military it is sometimes hard to sell homes as quickly as we get our orders to move to the next duty station. So, i have brought up my experience with Opendoor during meetings , as it truly can not get any better for anyone to sell their home to them. I am thankful for the great people I got to work with, and for the awesome experience . I will definitely buy or sell with them in the future without any hesitation, and full trust, if I am in the real estate market again.”

“I am very satisfied with the whole selling process with OpenDoor. Although I was bit apprehensive initially about the offer and process, the OpenDoor buying agent put me at ease. I had one person to contact from OpenDoor throughout the process and whole process went smoothly. We closed on time as per the contract. Funding was completed next day. I did have to do some follow ups with Title company to ensure the closing dates but other than that it was hassle free. I strongly recommend OpenDoor. Their pricing and fees are at par with competition. I did not have to wait for traditional buyer and mortgage approval and closing process.”

“From first phone call through video walk-through through Closing was very smooth process only thing I have to say is they need to go through and not send unnecessary amendments that confuse me as the buyer but talk to the agent he explain that it was automatically sent in their system so it was OK I Highly recommend”
