A big thank you to a chap named Rik at outreach who fits eero box's .Two hours later this chap finished a 10 min job cause I was dyslexic he went above and beyond setting the entire thing up as my phone genuinely was not accepting it . I was wanting get back to me studies and he has helped make it possible . Sincerely thank you fantastic service for WiFi set up and also should out to UW for ringing back and asking was I happy together your service was 100 % Bob on

We had fibre installed yesterday, the engineer Murao was brilliant. He worked tirelessly in the freezing cold and had to pull the fibre cable up 200 yards as unknown to him the cable hadn’t been laid to our property. He was very grateful for a plentiful supply of tea. We have never known an engineer as efficient, polite, hard working and funny as Murao. He is a great guy and a credit to Openreach.

Thank you very much open reach for clipping the cable back on top of my window. I only rang the office late last night , I did not expect the job to get done so quickly today. Thank you to all the engineers and the girl in the customer service, they were all very efficient and courteous and hard working and I am very happy with Openreach company.

The young lad who came early in the morning and worked hard all day sorted out or problem and gave us advise how to stop my mobile ringing as us oldies do not understand he was very professional I am sorry I do not know his name but he worked on 8 Wyndham close pontarddulais there are not many like him please thank him from us Thursday 8 november

THIS IS NOT 5 STARS BUT I WANTED/NEED THIS TO BE A FIRST REVIEW SEEN! ZERO STARS!!!! Took more time off work to have broadband fitted, 2nd no show, I have their modem here if they want it back they will have to call round for it. If they think for one minute that I’m going to go out of my way to return it back to them they have another thought coming. 2 days annual leave wasted, staring out the window for 10 hours waiting for these muppets to fail to attend again.

I have up to now had 3 engineers come out to sort my slow wifi out. 1st came ag 7.30 am. Woke me up. He was talking about running cable under my newly fitted carpet, move everything into the bedroom etc. All it was was a slow internet i told him to leave. Second one said it I needed new cable. Needed an electrician to do that. Third engineer was thorough. Got verything working as it should be. Very polite and new what he was doing. Third time lucky. Thank you Hangsingh. Only one who seemed to know what he was doing. Are these engineers not trained before they go off into peoples homes?

My sky broadband was awful. Your engineer, Jerome, was superb. I live in Chadwell Heath, RM64SL and would like my thanks passed onto him. He found so many faults in the wiring in the house and also faults outside in the network. He worked tirelessly for hours and insisted he would fix the problem. He did, and my broadband went fron 15 MBPS to 69 MBPS. I wanted to give him £20 as a genuine thankyou which he refused but thanked me for the offer. He really is a gentleman and rare to find such ethical behaviour these days. Thanks Jerome.

Ee let me down, the people to save me were Openreach So as not to bore, took 2 months via EE to get broadband. Finally, Openreach did everything they could (not contractor M J QUINN) to help. Shout out to engineer Zac, Matthew and Craig who went above & beyond particularly Craig who owned the problem from start to finish. Thanks so much for saving me from massive stress

The company was very helpful, they also called me 3 or 4 times regarding my internet connection, asking if everything was in order. I would like to thank them very much and wish them good luck.

An elderly parent living alone with medical issues depends on a working landline for their lifeline alarm to work. The line failed, was reported via the phone link and a message reported that it would be fixed one week hence. When I questioned it and explained the situation, the matter was raised to priority as a welfare concern, and the line was fixed in less than 24 hours. The engineer was very pleasant and checked thoroughly that everything was working. Special thanks to Jyoti whose help on the telephone, and whose understanding, empathetic approach and a thorough approach to getting the situation resolved, has prevented the family from having another six days of worry, and has saved a person in their nineties from being afraid in case of any eventualities. Thank you so much.

Today, by chance, I engaged in conversation with two Openreach engineers, Musa Huseyin & Jack Tracey outside my house. I explained that I had been waiting through TalkTalk for full fibre for 6 months! Talktalk had kept me fully informed. We realised that all the wiring was in place in my house. The engineers asked if they could test the system in my house. I agreed. Both engineers were extremely courteous, professional and were keen to ensure the system was working. I was delighted with the outcome. Musa and Jack are an asset to the company.

F5antastic service efficient polite phoned ahead because they had to attach the fibre optic on a large pole we have engineers then a 3rd arrived to make sure everything was OK well done openreach!
