Don't buy here you're tickets!! My flight was cancelled 2th February and I can't understand the woman who I talk with UK!! I want my money back!!

I have called many times and I had promised to contact me. No any contact. No any help. I lost so much energy snd money too. I will tell everyone that do not trust Opodio. If some difficulties will appear they do not help.

No refund despite assurances.please don’t waste your money on this company.previously used them and no problem but as soon as there’s a problem,forget it.not 1 single line of personal communication in 20 months!

I advise you NOT to use OPODO under any circumstances! I requested a refund on 12 April 2020( after my flights with Virgin Atlantic were cancelled due to Covid) & have been waiting now ONE YEAR!! I have called countless times & each time they have PROMISED me I would receive my refund within a few days & I am still waiting!! They have lied to me again & again! I would give NO STARS if that were possible.Their treatment of their customers is disgusting & I will NEVER use OPODO again!

First they mileaded by booking flight without luggage then refused to change and refund. I wasted my hard earned money 💰. Seems all they did was intentionally. Secondly, to call them is very expensive

Avoid at all costs. We have not recieved our money since last year when they cancelled our holiday. They have kept our money and we are taking them to court now. Disgusting customer service. Will neve use them again.

do not go through opodo , the have got my money from june 2020 , i ask them for my refund, they told me to wait for 3 months , its now 10 months and still no refund , they are a bunch of crucks , bull shixx that they are waiting for the airline to pay them , well i spoke to the airline and guess what , they told me that there is no outstanding moneys due to opodo KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THEM

The last two times I’ve called asking for a manager because the wait has been over the inially agreed sla of 5 business days (back on the 23rd Feb) the agent hung up the line! AVOID AVOID AVOID. My manage booking section has my cancellation request at step 3 of 7 for the past 3 weeks. Right now while typing I asked for a manager and the person literally hung up the phone on me again! So now it’s the third time! I cancelled my hotel (I booked a package deal) the day I arrived at the hotel Never checked in, called Opodo the same day to cancel and have been waiting ever since for a refund. Every time I call I’m told 7 days, 7 days. When I ask for a manager I’m hung up in. At this point I want my refund and money for emotional damage.

Appalling customer service. Online chat takes you around in circles. Unable to speak to anyone to help when I needed to cancel hotel and flight. Took my money and ran. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I made a Spelling mistake when booking flights. Airlines can’t help because booked through Opodo. Opodo say they can’t help contact airline. 4 weeks/ 10 phone calls/ 5 emails/5 web chats..... told something different every single time by Opodo Just need to know how I can pay fee to correct typos.

Stay away from ordering air tickets from Opodo! The price you are offered through the online portal is lower than what you actually pay. Extra charges are added! I also experienced an added payment of 30% charged from my credit card without my authorization. Since you don't get a booking confirmation prior to the online payment step, at least take a screenshot so you can process your price reduction claim. It has proved very difficult to file a claim with Opodo.

What a slizzy company. They don't reply to messages, chat, emails, calls... They do not refund me for canceled flights. Don't use Opodo!!!

Opodo: is the worst company which I met in my life.....scam... unprofessional stuff...and I don't know how this kind of company can work with customer service.....my flight was cancelled 11 months ago in March 2020 and nothing happens, no refund no explanation nothing...my advice for you if you want to book a flight for your money safety, only from official flight site company.

1- Booked 2 flights 4 tickets Feb 20 2-Flights cancelled March 20 3-It took 4 months for OPODO to issue refund request from Air France-July 20 4- I was told it would take up to 6 months to receive a refund. 5-AIR FRANCE confirmed by e-mail that the refund has been made to OPODO on 29/01/2021. 6- It is 8 months now, NO REFUND RECEIVED despite Air France has confirmed the refund to Opodo. Opodo is holding my money. 7-Email confirmation received from OPODO 06/03/21 for as refund to be made 5-7 day and the second e-mail in 48 hrs. Countless calls and e-mails to OPODO wasting hours on the phone. Is this service deserve a star??????????

I booked flexible ticket through opodo prime. On my return journey the airline postponed the flight twice on scheduled date. But, opodo instead of helping me they charged me with penalty twice (£320+£320). Every time i call them to rebook they pretended like they are in contact with airline to rebook the ticket. But, that was their tactic to frustrate me to force me to pay penalty. Many days were wasted in waiting and i finally paid penalty twice. Once i returned back, i filed formal complaint, they opened a case to investigate but they never replied even after i sent many follow up emails and waited for a month. Absolute scammers. I will avoid next time, also advice others to avoid booking through this company.

Bunch of crooks. You have to pay extra to even get a confirmation email of your booking. Every step of the booking, you get suspicious extra fees for optional features, but of course they are dissimulated and enabled by default. The flight prices displayed are deceptive: you have to pay 10€/months to have access to these prices, but for regular customers it's actually 25% more expensive (the actual price is displayed but it's smaller, light grey and strokethrough) . The customer service line is crazy expensive: here in France it's 80c / min, and no need to say it takes more than 30min to get a physical person on the phone. All in all, everything they do is known and outdated fraudulent sales techniques. Opodo should be taken down and their executives brought to justice

I paid for a flight which got used by the pax! After 2 weeks I got an email stating that opodo prime has tried to take me 54.99 eur! For nor reason! I didnt request this transaction, flight was token everything was done and yet they steal you bank account details and try te robb your money. I had to block my card and when I unblocked it after some days they tried again to take me money on the very same day!!!!! DO NOT EVER BUY TO OPODO!! nobody ever picks the call center number! Robbers!!!!!
