No help what soever Booked but due to Covid19 we had to cancel. As booked with Opodo, BA would not refund/ Voucher. Asked for an amendment, but never got a reply! Lost all money. Never again! Be warned no assistance or money back!

Please do not buy tickets from opodo unprofessional company rude staff they cancelled my 2 tickets and holding my money when I contact them they put my call on hold please avoid

No refund for cancelled flights to Colombia in September 2020. Air France provided me with proof they had refunded Opodo in November and we used this for a successful Section 75 full refund via our credit card. Lesson learnt - never use a third-party seller

I bought my ticket via Opodo. The flight company cancelled the flight, and I received an e-mail and a call from the Flight company to inform me. Problem is, in the Website of Opodo the flight was confirmed till the end. In the website of course I couldn't do anything as long as the flight is confirmed; So I called the Customer service, then began a long story including multiple calls for reimbursement claim: send us this, confirm this, tell us this.. at the End they told me that my request is registered and that I have to wait till 6 Months to be refunded

Dear it seems to Fraudster completely to me. No Contact. Detail all though there are few contacts available online , no one go through. My advice to all read readers if you going to buy tickets through momondo or sky scanner check before booking that either they are contactable company or not. We most of peoples not care until unless we need to do some changes or cancellation, at this point after 06 months i really really Disappointed their response even though bought ticket worth of £487 cancelation policy includes , just got 1 email about saying your refund in process. Really scared either i m going to loose money

Still waiting for my 229 euro refund after 7 months of hassling them, I even did their job for them by going direct to the airline to get the money sent back to opodo so it could be refunded to me. They have had the money since 23rd December 2020 and I have been blocked from talking to an agent on the help chat so there is no way of me complaining to them anymore as their email address wont give me a reply either. Absolute crooks and totally negligent money grabbing company, I want my money back why is this not automatically refunded as soon as it hits their account!!!! The help chat is run by a bunch of useless monkeys who have literally no way of helping they just read you what it already says on your dashboard. A true waste of human life. If anyone at Opodo wants to get back to me my booking reference is 5019399138.

t is disgusting.! I was charged £59.99 for opodo prime which I didn't even want or requested. I bought one flight and was punished for it. Opodo tricked me and stolen my money. I will tell everyone about it.! And I will write this every where so others dont get robbed as well. You scums.!

Opodo booking reference: 6822054150 - I have been waiting on a refund since the 28th of Dec when my flight was cancelled. Every time through my premier account with them, I hear from their customer servicer adviser that my refund will be processed in less than 10 working days. This is a day light robbery. How can I claim my rights here? Dan

Never will Opodo again. My flight was cancelled by the airline on July'20. Tried hundreds of times to contact customer services using the number given on Opodo website but without any success, sadly. Eventually, managed to contact customer services and ... *Told refund can only be claimed one year after the purchased. *After one year was told it will take up to 90 days to get refunded. *Few days ago Opodo's email informed me that it will take 3 to 6 months to get refunded. Year after still waiting for my refund.

My flight was cancelled on june20 and I am still waiting for refund even after 9 month. Service are really poor -- whenever i call them they escalate my case but didn't do anything. Believe me, don't use this company

Opodo takes your money & then leaves you with NOTHING except an Indian call centre filked with people trained to do NOTHING but deflect & lie. NEVER EVER use this disgusting platform unless you want to throw your money away & your holiday dream in the trash.

Opodo outright stole my money. I subscribed to their free trial membership a month ago to save some change on a flight. I cancelled the membership trial and still got charged £66 a month later. After logging back in to their site, I realised they kept my card information even after I knowingly removed my card details. THEY’RE A SCAM. FRAUDSTERS. KEEP OFF THEM. P.S Don’t bother with their customer service. Get a new card. ;(

I'm waiting for a refund of €550 from Opodo for 6 months NOW. Telephone connection very unprofessional, and customer service very scetchy. Every time they say that I will get my refund in 1 to 2 weeks. British airways informed me that they already given them to money for the refunds owed... They don't even have an email connection set up... Very disappointed and frustrated.

Crooks and fraudsters bought a £12 flight to Rio from Sao Paulo plus £12.95 for flexible travel dates. I now due to Covid can not go, so tried to change my dates but was told by customer services I could do this but mus pay £37 penalty, so I asked for a refund but was told It was possible but it would take 12 months, hung up. Called back again to ask why when I had paid for Flexi dates I had to pay, was told this time I must pay a £19 penalty, we are getting somewhere the price is going down, but could not get a refund as it was the airline's policy, hung up. So I decided to check the policy in the Opodo email I was sent which had a link to the insurance firm's website, the link is broken surprise, suprise, plus the telephone given is not recognized. Called Opodo a 3rd time and asked again why I must pay a penalty for something that is not my fault and I had paid for Flexi dates. This time I was told I had bought insurance not Flexi date even though the letter I receive said Flexi dates and nothing about insurance. She apologized again and again bla bla bla and said she under bla bla bla stood and told me I must pay £24.95 penalty, bad news the price is going up again. Then I can go to the insurance company who will reimburse me, the insurance company that you cannot get in contact with and when you find the websit its in Italian, even more confusion. They seem to continually shirk responsibility and just try and con more money out of me because I was offered another flight deal with flexi dates which I would have to pay for of course. At this point I was losing it and sked is this company procedure to put people through all this agonising frustration I will just give up and Opodo can be happy tey have conned another innocent victim out of mony, this is fraud, Opodo are crooks. So I can change my flight but pay penaltys, I can not get a refund for something I have not used and they refuse to refund me the price of my flexi dates. I was given the telephone number of the insurance company to call to discuss my policy and make a claim so I called the number and, now this gets better, she had given me the number of The Financial Ombudsman Service. Heres what the website says, The Financial Ombudsman Service is a free and easy-to-use service that settles complaints between consumers and businesses that provide financial services. We resolve disputes fairly and impartially, and have the power to put things right. So I have a feeling this whole thing is a scam, Opodo and all their staff know it and their policy and procedure is to try and tie you up in knots so you just give up. At the end of the day Its £24.95 I have lostand the lesson is only book with Opodo if you are certain you are going and don't pay for extra's or flexi tickets because they are a scam and its not the poor call centre staff in India but the fat greedy Opodo directors who know they can scam the litle people and get away with it because these people like me use Opodo because I am on a low income and don't have the money or time to fight all I can say yo the Greedy money grabbing direcors is shame on you, but believe in kama because you will get you just desserts.

They are rubbish spoke with someone cost me 40 pound for call all lies did not do what they said would do I would never use again go direct cheaper in long run they are 1200 pound in profits mine.
