“Dishonest quoting of the cheapest fares. Opodo despicably tries to entrap customers into Prime. A painful lesson to be learned but, in future, I will contact airlines directly to get much cheaper flights.”

“Absolute scam artists!!! Charged for a membership I never took and refusing to refund my funds back. Having to raise a claim through my bank. Absolute disgrace of a company AVOID AT ANY COST!”

“Horrible company with extremely bad customer service. I had a change in circumstances due to a court case that I had to attend in Singapore. I contacted the airline that I booked through Opodo and they were willing to make the change, however Opodo refused claiming that they had to stick to their original policy despite my uncontrollable circumstances. All in this has been a terrible experience for me and I advice everyone out there to not use Opodo for any of their future travel bookings or plan. By far the worst booking company I have ever dealt with. I would give it no stars if I was able to.”

“I cancelled my subscription, then after a year they charged me again for another year of membership. I tried several times to contact them about their mistake with no answer. I finally had to cancel my credit card and get another one.”

“This is the worst company I've ever known. I've been waiting for a refund since September. I keep getting told the airline is unreachable, but that seems unlikely. Crooks.”

“Our return flight from Auckland was cancelled. Options were refund or reschedule, email said would notify new flight in 24 hrs 48 hrs later nothing so rang your agent Unbelievably unhelpful, and in the end had to go though the airline to get flights sorted You let us down very badly when we needed your help Stephen Butler”

“The website gets stuck all the time. I wanted to change a flight and could not because the website did not work. I had to contact them by phone (their chat bot is just useless) and I was on a very long waiting list, EVEN IF I have a Prime subscription which is supposed to give you advantages like quick assistance 24/7. In summary, the website does not work, the prime advantages are expensive when compared to other agencies and not worth it.”

“Got a ticket from them of €475.78, to Praia Cape Verde ( 11 june back 22 june ), reserve number : 1173848478, canceled after 10 days, and the money refund they told me money avaiable was : refund of €49.27, but even that money never came back ! By the Europena law, the refunds should be avaaiable after 10 days, by now I am almost one year to get it back, who helps us, with this thief-pockects ??? I will never, ever make a deal with this company, and there´s no way to contact them by e-mail, only by phone to England, and we have to pay the call, because isn´t free ! What a good trick to make money easyaly ! All the worse to your company, I wish ! Go to hell instead of that place you know FFF.... Of............. Jmarques”

“one star is ten times to much this website is a trickster! you click on a flight at £XX price for day Y (with all prices in that month being similar in price i.e. £AA, £BB etc) Then when you progress to booking process no flights on that day Y are for £XX!!...then when you return to back to previous page all flights in that month are still £AA and £BB...except day Y is now £ABC!!!! I kid you not from double figures to triple figures! So i tested the next day Z which was was £AA...surprise surprise when I clicked to progress to purchase, again no flights at that price and when I returned to the previous page guess what?...that day Z had now multiplied to £ABC...and day Y was back to £XX! Opodo! I know that selling is about psychological manipulation...I get it! I mean lets be honest very fwe people actually need your product to live or survive...so you you need to trick and con I get it!! but give the consumer some credit dont be so apparent in your exploitation of them! dont have a website that exposes you so blatantly. Specifically one that triples the cost of a product as soon as you click onto it whilst showing all others as staying the same cheap price. If anyone wants to see my screenshot's proving what I experienced just ask Date of experience: 25 March 2024”

“Opodo are crooked. They sell product with max of around 10 Euto pm but then debit my account for over 100 pm. Daylight robbery. AVOID AT ALL COST.”

“Customer server is terrible, asking to take them your information like email, mob, post. without even give information about flight and offer. If I could I would give it 1 star. I use them before but now it gone downhill”

“Do not pay use this company , they charge you with membership without notice, the procedure to cancel it is a nightmare, they offer a voucher of € 90.- or refund of € 10.- , they charge you with € 54.99”

“My experience was horrible they push the prime on you then to cancel you have no choice but to call it's a SCAM they canceled my flight for departure without any accommodations so I had no choice but to purchase a one way ticket which costed twice more than a combined travel. I will never book with them again”

“Extremely sneaky and dirty company. We booked a flight through them, paid the premium amount for no-fee changes and cancellations when done before 24 hours of the flight. We requested a change of date 36 hours in advance, got notified that it was underway, then they apparently called the next day very early from an unknown number. Of course no one answered since everyone was asleep. We got a no-reply email saying that they tried to contact us. No number to call back, no email to write back, no information about what they needed. Just a generic message. Then we call the airline as we had no news from Opodo, turns out they hadn't made the change and said that we now had to pay an outrageous fee. An Opodo call center in India with very aggressive and useless operators finally answered the call, said sorry, we didn't answer the phone so they didn't make the change. No information, no request to contact them, no nothing, and of course no refund. Scammers if there ever was one. Stay far away from Opodo.”
