I did not take a Prime membership out but wad charged 59.99. I was promised 4 times for a refund. NOTHING. They are liars. Do not book anything with them. I am now reporting them to the Ombudsman,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Have been waiting for a refund for over 14 months. You will be lied to over and over again and ignored. I have put very hard to get a refund as that’s the worst option, I still haven’t received a refund. NO MATTER WHAT THE PRICE, HOWEVER CHEAPER THEY ARE DO NOT USE THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Thanks to Opodo my holidays are ruined.
I booked flights to Cape Town from Berlin with Opodo. The app and Opodo CS bot says that my booking is confirmed without any changes. However I received an email from the airlines (Air France) that the departure has been changed from Berlin to Amsterdam, after I contacted the airlines it turned out that all my flights are cancelled. Opodo app is not reflecting anything, the departure date is coming closer. After contacting Opodo Customer Service I was promised to receive an email up to 72 hours - time passed and still nothing. If I wouldn’t reached out to airlines myself I would realised that my flights are cancelled on the airport. What an incompetent company. As travelling agency you should be the one informing your customers about any changes not other way around. Because situation was so unclear I didn’t want to book another expensive ticket as Opodo said all is fine and confirmed. Now there is 1,5 weeks to my planned holidays, they are still not doing anything about that and it looks like I will have to spend my holidays at home. It was my first and last experience with Opodo, I always used kiwi and never had any complications even in the event of cancellation. I don’t know if I will ever get my money back, as this company looks like a big scum.

It was very good, cheap, they bill what was on the net. Ony bad thing it was a wrong PRN, and the fact that it did not work to check in directly for them, so I went to the airlines.

very bad very bad, they make me pay extra bags more than tickets, i kept trying to contact them to add bags but no one reply and airlines make me pay for hand bags even its included, never book with them they are scammers!

They take your money and run! Shockingly bad practice. Seriously - they’re sharks. I’ve never been stung like this before. They’ve taken £1000 from my credit card and given me the wrong flights. Good luck trying to get past the “chat bot” and trying to speak to a real person. And even if you do they won’t be authorised to actually help you. Avoid avoid avoid!

This is the worst airline company. They lie about reclaiming my money back as they kept cancelling my return ticket. They keep promising that they’re working on the situation but they’re not. All they do is take money and give empty promises. I am a uni student, I’m suppose to be going back to the UK on the 3rd of January 2021. Now it’s the 10th January and still stuck at my home country. They keep saying we’re working on my case since 7th December. How can they see they’ve been working on my case for 24 hours to 72 hours that escalated to 3 weeks of nothing. Their customer service to me just sounds like a bunch of criminals lying to customers faces. AVOID AVOID AVOID this will save your money, time and you will have less stress,

NOT Reliable. Worst experience. I bought a partially refundable ticket from Opodo. Now they are saying the ticket is not refundable. There are no contract numbers on their website or emails, so you can never reach them for your requests. I lost the value of my 2 tickets, cause I couldn't contact them.

Worst booking company ever. Traveling for 20 years now. Never had such a bad experience. I have purchased 3 air-tickets, paid them of course. After that they lets say disappeared. Cannot contact them, they do not answer their phone but they keep sending you messages to become a member of a stupid membership card they created. I wanted to do changes on my tickets and they were telking to contact airlines... The airline was telling me you paid opodo so contact them... So please stay away from opodo. Is a scam

Do not ever use OPODO, they are very interested to sell you a ticket but everything after that they do not care at all! I booked a 21 hours duration flight and when the ticket arrived to my email it was 66 hours! 1 week after every single day for over 4-5 hours a day on the phone with them (getting through takes ages), useless chat agents and not replied emails - I have to give up and buy a new flight ticket. My husband purchased a flight ticket from them and had to buy a new flight ticket at the airport as the airline could not find the ticket he purchased through Opodo. Never seen the money back. It looks like one big SCAM.

Please DO NOT buy with Opodo. I booked a flight in 2019 to leave in March 2020. Due to COVID my flight was cancelled and have not been able to travel since. I have called over thirty times in the past year and I have still not received my refund. I have been told countless times I would be called back and I have never been called by Opodo. Opodo told me I would get a refund within three to six months and still nothing. I was recently told I can no longer receive a refund for my ticket because it is expired. They have stolen my money like they have so many others. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM OPODO.

NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK WITH OPODO!! They are lying scammers! I spent hours trying to communicate with them trying to get my flights changed. It was clearly written in the agreement that I had a flexible ticket. I called three different times and each time I was told COMPLETELY different. I was told to just buy a new ticket and call again as I would have received a refund. At the end of it all I was offered €18!!!! for approx a €100 return flight! I lost a whole return trip because they lied to me and misinformed me. In total I lost a good €300 because they do not help their costumers. I am absolutely raging. The costumer service was appalling. AVOID ‼️ God help them.

DO NOT book your ticket trough Opodo no matter how much cheaper they are! I had to cancel my flight do to covid infection. I had to fly with FlyDubai and in fare terms it is clearly stated that changes and cancelations are possible. FD said that i have to contact travel agent (opodo) in this matter. After 5 days of trying to get trough the chatbots they call customer service, I found an email of their CEO, Danna Dune, and sent him an email. Next day customer service contacted me and asked me for the covid documentation, which I have sent. They replied that I have to send it in pdf - and they were in pdf already. I have sent them once again together with screenshots, just to be sure. After that nothing. Nobody reached out despite my numerous emails. I have reported this to EU authorities, hopefully I will be able to get my money back.
