The worst. They charge me for their stupid Opodo Prime without me registering for it. They have failed to also refund my money for a cancelled flight. These guys are the worst.

Bought a ticket for june 23 from Paris to ktm and return ticket cancelled on 30 May because of covid yet not got any refund, any news nor email nor message or call the customer care asks to wait more weeks but nothing happens such a team slowest irresponsible and worthless. Highly recommend don't use this site or web even they provide you in free

Re: 4633135068...see my review on TrustPilot - Opodo are a terrible firm, 174 days waiting for refund. Useless emails saying please wait, pending status continually, very difficult to contact. In the end an accidental call to Amex brought this case to light and Amex say they'll persue it for me. Thank you American Express :)

my flights to Australia have been cancelled by Etihad. Opodo have offered me a voucher or to rebook . I contacted Etihad and they said I was entitled to a full cash refund. I cannot contact Opodo as the phone number has been changed. emails are not answered !! this has been ongoing for months. DO NOT BOOK WITH OPODO thy are just con artists.

BSOLUTE SCAM This is the worst travel organisation I’ve ever experienced. I bought a ticket on Opodo, paid for it (have the receipt) but never received my ticket as the confirmation email said I needed to check in on the airport. When I was at the airport to check in, my Opodo booking wasn’t recognized and they didn’t let me on the plane. They said this happens a lot with this organisation. So I had to buy a last minute ticket from Transavia for a ridiculous amount and it made me almost miss my flight. The same thing happened on the way back. I tried to reach them many times but they don’t have proper customer service: you cannot reach them by phone and they don’t even have an email address. They only have some sort of ridiculous robot chat box that doesn’t understand a word you say. I requested a refund through this “robot” and then months later I received an email saying I don’t get a refund because apparently my plane left and I wasn’t on it. It was a no-reply email address with no alternative email address or contact details so I haven’t been able to tell them that I WAS ON THE PLANE but not in my original seat because their stupid organisation screwed up by not confirming the booking so I had to buy a new ticket to get a new seat. I still haven’t been able to reach them since. This joke cost me a lot of money and didn’t give me anything other than stress. It is an ABSOLUTE SCAM - DON’T BUY YOUR TICKETS HERE or you get screwed over like I was

I've been waiting 175 days for a refund and I'm still waiting. Contacting customer services is a nightmare, they can't/won't do anything to assist further and I've been lied to numerous times in regards to my refund status. I would recommend that you never use Opodo and book direct with the airline, because if something goes wrong they're a nightmare to deal with and you're left stuck in the middle

Opodo is nothing but thief. Opodo have refused to refund flights, despite my cancellation request being placed back in March, despite being told it would be made in 14 days (back in August) and despite me being in touch with the airline and them confirming in writing that they have made the refund to these third party thieves. I am truly appalled that they are still allowed to operate. opodo is nothing but thief

I booked flights through Opodo in early 2020. The flights were cancelled by the airline, however, the options which Opodo offered me through their email link and website did not include a full refund which I was entitled to under the Air Passenger Rights Regulation (EC 261/2004). Opodo blamed the airline and told me the airline refused to refund. I called the airline and they said they were actually happy to refund the tickets, but the request had to come through Opodo, since that is where I had purchased the tickets. I called Opodo on 6 different occasions but couldn't get through to an actual person once, despite holding for over 4 hours in total. So I sent Opodo a detailed email. They replied to that email over 5 MONTHS LATER, telling me to call their customer service numbers again. This is my second terrible experience with Opodo (and my last, since I will never use them again). Suggest using Expedia or Momondo or almost any other service instead.

I am waiting for refunding my cancelled flight since April. Callcenter staff does not do anything, they are hardly understandable. No e-mail is answered. Royal Jordanian and ELAL did not receive my request for refunding up to now. Very bad organisation. Never book with Opodo

We booked return flights via Opodo, Bangkok to Koh Samui but were unable to use them due to the Covid situation as the British FCO had banned all but essential foreign travel. We were told by Opodo that only the return leg would be refunded as the airline was still operating the outbound flight and it was our choice not to use it. I was originally told we'd receive the refund by mid July, no refund. Called and was told refunds were taking 90 days, and would be paid by 9th September, no refund. Called again, case escalated to 'Emergency', and would be paid within 10 days, no refund. Just tried to call again, customer service number no longer in service, new number is given so quickly its unintelligible. My booking section of website hasn't been updated since June, and no other means of contact is listed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME EFFORT AND MONEY by booking with these absolute con artists. One star is too many and that they can get away with this and still trade is criminal.

I booked a flight to Estonia through Opodo, the flight itself was with Baltic air. I paid a bit extra to include the travel insurance and flexible ticket. A week after booking, Estonia put the UK visitors on the 14 days quarantine list. As my visit was for 7 days, I cancelled the flight on line. Then I called Opodo prime and was told by the agent the insurance does not cover a refund. Then I got an email saying they will submit my cancellation to the airline, but any refund may take 4 - 6 months. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. I thought I had covered all rip off opportunities by paying more for insurance. NO!

Do not use them. I wouldn't even give one star. Flight cancelled in May, airline has provided full refund to Opodo and they are supposed to pass it on to me. It's now September and they are still "processing" refund. It is nearly impossible to contact them. Customer service is non existent.

Don’t use Opodo. Flight was cancelled in March 2020 ( 5 months ago) . Cost £500. Contacted Opodo 10 times. Each time get response that the refund request is being processed. Refusal to escalate the complaint. Not part of any regulatory body , so can’t complaint to regulators. Don’t use Opodo.

Dreadful. Do not use. I can only describe it as theft in relation to how they have acted with Covid-19 related cancellations and refunds. Booked a Ryanair flight via Opodo. Ryanair, 3 months later, refunded us but it did not appear in our bank account. Further investigations with Ryanair indicated the refund has gone to Opodo. NOT ONCE DURING THE 2 MONTH PERIOD OF RECEIVING OUR REFUND MONEY FROM RYANAIR DID OPODO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT US TO SAY THEY HAD OUR MONEY. PRESUMABLY THEY WOULD HAVE KEPT IT IF IT WASN'T FOR MY CONSTANT CHASING UP!!

Fraudulent operation. They should not be allowed to operate. No airlines should avail their product to them. Do not book with them. Do not even consider them. If you do like me you are a fool. No number to contact, they take your money when flights are cancelled and refuse to refund it

Opodo took my email address and created a Prime account that I did not agree on. I cannot get in touch with them and am worried that they charge my credit card anytime while I refused the prime access.

Pas 9 months now and i didnt get my refund yet from (OPODO) this company is fraudulent, they have to appear in court for fraud, even though I bought insurance for my trip, they still do not return my money, but every time I call them they tell me the same thing, you have to wait a little Longer more sir

DO NOT BOOK WITH OPODO !! It's a tragedy that I have to actually give Opodo 1 star by default. 5 Months I waited for a refund after multiple lines of attempted contact. They seemingly operate outside of the law. Opodo will duck and dodge you and withhold your money. Then charge you £160 for a £600 refund without any forewarning or contact for consent. Ironic that they're charging you an 'admin fee' when the customer service is non existent. Where does this money go I wonder. DO NOT BOOK WITH OPODO !!
