The worst of the worst travel agency to use. Very unresponsive about refunds, stopped taking calls abd even disconnected all their phone numbers.

AVOID AVOID AVOID THE WORST COMPANY EVER SCAM FRAUD AND LYIERS. THE CHEAT I PAID A FLIGHT TICKET OF 2500 EUROS. ITS WAS CANCELLED. I NEEDED TO BUY AGAIN. I BOUGH AGAIN SINCE I MUST LEAVE.I WENT TO THE NEXT CITY. I WAS STOPPED THERE CAUSE I WAS SUPPOSE TO STAY IN QUARANTINE IF I WANT TO CONTINUE TO TRAVEL. SO ALL THE OTHER FLIGHTS I ASKED REBOOKING. I HAD TO AGAIN A NEW FLIGHT AND SPEND AGAIN CAUSE I WAS STUCK IN THE AIRPORT FOR A WEEK WITH THEIR FLIGHTS. AFTER I GOT TO MY THIRTH CITY I APPLIED FOR REBOOKING ON 8 TH OF JUNE AND THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO ISSUE ME A REBOOK DATE NOW THEY ARE LYING TO ME THERE ARE AVAILABLE FLIGHTS BUT THE FARE AND THE ORICE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO REBOOK IT. IF THERE IS AVAILABLE FLIGHTS HOW VAN THE FARE NOT NE AVAILABLE UNLESS THEY ARE LYING. THE WORST NIGHTMARE TRAVELLING EVER I HAD IN MY LIFE.ON TOP OF IT THESE WERE MONEY I BORROWED TO BUY A FLIGHTS TICKETS NOW I AM SUPPOSE TO TRAVEL AGAIN AND THEY ARE CONSTANTLY LYING THEY CANT REBOOK MY FLIGHTS EVEN I HAVE FLEXIBLE TICKETS AVAILABLE. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Literally the worst service, I've been waiting for an update on cancelled flights for over 3 months. In the meantime, they have actually received the refunded money in full. You'd think that I might be notified or asked whether I'd like this to be refunded, but you would be wrong. If you wait on their chat site you won't get anywhere (2 hours and counting), their phone line 0 207 660 2215, they cancelled their normal number. Please if you're thinking of booking use any other website or go direct.

Do not book with this cheating company. They take your money but do not refund when flights are cancelled. They are impossible to contact. Telephone numbers shown on their website are unobtainable and emails are returned as not reaching them. I even paid extra for cancellation insurance, all to no avail. It is time this lying, cheating company was stopped! I would have given them no stars if it was possible.

hey Shitty website. They take commission and that’s all they care about. They dont help,I have been removed off a flight that slot exists, for a higher fare. Lesson learned, never again. phone numbers don’t work, they do nothing. Last time I will use Opodo and I recommend the same for all.

NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked flights with Opodo and since Corona Virus have been horrible! All my friends who booked with other companies were given refunds straight away. Opodo stopped all their customer support services. Only when I found a contact number on Facebook, did I manage to call someone. They promised a refund within the next 2 days, when I didn't receive it (I waited 9 days) I tried to call back and they had blocked my number!! I then had to use my friends phone (which worked) to call them. I still haven't received payment.

We have been trying to contact Opodo and they will do nothing to accommodate. Everytime I have rang their contact number it has hung up on me automatically. We are getting in touch with our National agency board about this.

I do not want to give even 1 star Booked flight 2nd June They cancelled 3RD OPODO did not email to tell me it was the actual airline that contacted The only contact you have with OPODO is a premium rate number which has cost me £168 over 2 days to try and rebook They requested an extra £461 to move to the next day flight and said although the website says book with confidence insurance this doesn't count while in a pandemic DO NOT BOOK WITH OPODO I recommend booking with the airline because at least they will help with refund Told I cant have refund I cant have vouchers ...I can only rebook in the future upto December2021 HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS ….ITS THEFT

Avoid booking with Opodo. I paid for checked baggage when I booked and paid for a return flight with them. The payment for the case was NOT passed on to the airline, and I had to pay again (at a much higher rate!) The company misappropriated the money I had paid for the baggage, but refused to refund me. I will always book with the airline in future. Communicating with their Customer Service is a nightmare. Be warned!

Scam and Fraud! Avoid avoid avoid! Appaling customer service at Opodo and an absolute nightmare to deal with, if I could give less than one star I would. Our flight due on the 16th May has been cancelled due to Covid-19. We called Opodo to ask for a refund a week before. They sent us to talk to WizzAir and asked us to send them written proof that the company is cancelling the flight. We did that and I sent them (voa a recommended eDreams email contact) a screen grab of or the WizzAir's cancellation message and their recommandation to ask Opodo for the refund. I asked the Opodo agent if this was proof enough or if they need anything else, they said they need to check with the air line to confirm the cancellation, but they will log my refund request and get back to us. A week later there was no sign from them so we called again. Another Opodo agent said that only the outbound flight was loged for a refung not the inbound! Obviously, if we can't get to a destination we will not be returning from there either. This was all in the middle of a global pandemic and lockdown, all the agents just talked to me like they had no idea of what is happening. Eventually, we were told they will log our refund request for the return flight as well and get back to us in five days. Yet we have not heard from them, so we called again to ask for any sort of confirmation that our refund request in being processed. We talked to yet another Opodo agent, who told us the refund for outbound flight is being processed but the refund for the return flight is not loged. We explained the history of our other calls and conversations to the agent, to which he replied 'don't worry, your money is safe with us'... Obviously, this made me very worried indeed. Again I asked Opodo to send us some sort of email or confirmation of our refund request, again we were told they will be in touch in three days and again it has been two weeks with no sign from them. We never had any communication to reasure us that our refund request is being processed. The Opodo customer service number is a premium one and making all the calls to them has a cost of about £10/call. Evrey time we talk to an agent, they are unhelpful and seem to actively try and disuade us from requesting the refund by asking us to repeat the same message and information over and over and over again, without them taking any actions to solve the situation. This all looks like a SCAM, they took our money for a service that was never rendered. Needless to say I would never use or recommed them and our advice to anyone thinking of using them is: AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Terrible service. I spent £1,000 on Qatar Airlines flights to Singapore and they got cancelled due to Covid-19. The emails I received from Opodo pointed me to request a refund on the 'Manage Booking' section, which does not give users that option at all. All telephone numbers are now suspended, no one is answering phone calls. I will never use Opodo again nor recommend them, even if they somehow survive the crisis.

This is probably the worst company you can book a flight with. Please DO NOT BOOK a ticket from opodo ever. There is no way to get in touch with customer service and you will never get a refund back. They will never make an attempt to contact you with any updates. Pay a little extra and book directly with the airlines.

They do not return your money even if it is free cancellation. I booked a car for september 2020 and I cancelled it in 5th of May 2020. I still didnt take my refund! Absolute fraud. Never ever book from them. They have this automated message " due to high volumes...etc" which is total BS because i got my refunds from all other vendors.

Flight cancelled on day of travel by airline re COVID 19. Trying to get refund since .Do not want voucher. As I will not use them again. All contact phones etc are no longer working. I am yet to hear from them, l was sent email.to update my flight but it would not load. I booked a flight from Lagos to Manchester which was cancelled due to the pandemic covid 19, but yet to get a positive response. I would mind if l get a response my ref number is 50402000732 ( cherish lrenuma)
