This has to be the most dishonest, disrespectful, lying, thieving company I have EVER had the misfortune to deal with. I called them to raise a number of issues, not least being the rogue £130 that disappeared from my bank account AFTER my ticket purchase left my account. I have on several occasions, via their customer service phone line, requested a printed itemised breakdown of these rogue amounts, each time I have been told they will send it, but it will take 24 hours. Well over a week and several calls still nothing. They have given me a verbal breakdown of this amount...it's basically them charging me twice for the same seats I've already paid for (and have documents and bank statements to prove this) and for luggage that I have already paid for (again I have documentation to back this up). They have also charged me for some 'service charge' that I absolutely did not request either. They said it's non refundable, but as I pointed out had it been something I'd requested I'd be covered by the 14 day cooling off period as it's an online purchase, so either way I want it refunded (haven't used it as we've not travelled yet)! When I tried to point out that I have already paid for these things and that it's a duplicate charge, they hang up. Every. Single. Time. I was finally told by an advisor to raise an online ticket, when I eventually located this (not where they said I'd find it either btw but in amongst a feed on Opodo's Facebook, all comments have since vanished there too). Anyway, I submitted this form as requested well over a week ago (I gave them the benefit of the doubt as we have had a bank holiday weekend during this time) but I have not heard a single thing from them! Sadly, I also took out travel insurance with Opodo too, I have on several occasions requested documents to explain exactly what this covers me for...guess what...they've sent nothing. So, on the strength of this, and my ever dwindling faith in this utter joke of a company I have taken out travel insurance elsewhere as I don't feel able to rely on Opodo. I want their insurance charge crediting too as we are yet to travel and I will not be relying on their insurance just in case. All in all, when Googling flights and Opodo pops ups, do yourself a massive favour and keep scrolling past, their alleged 'cheap flights' are a con, even without them charging me twice, they're not cheaper, not even close I've found. I do not know how this company is still allowed to trade and hasn't been shut down for it's shonky, shady and frankly disgraceful practices.

I bought tickets at convenient times and the booking was confirmed, but after a week I received a message from OPODO that the flight details had been changed and now the times are the worst they can be. I confirmed the flight on the way to the destination (because I was afraid it is already too close to look for another option) and *I did not confirm* the return flight. I clicked on the "Refund" option. Two months later and a thousand phone calls and emails to OPODO they can not confirm the refund (which is even though I did not board the return flight at all and bought other tickets at another company!) More than that! OPODO also charged me for MEMBERSHIP I have no idea why at 54 euros !! For no service! In total, the time I spent on Opodo, the unnecessary money, and the grief are worth three flights ... I will never use this horrible agency again which is nothing more than a scam. Just a scam!

Thieving, Robbing, Scum. Booked a flight on China Eastern, called to cancel, they said I had to do that myself. 4 weeks later, with "wait 2-3 working days" this went on for a month before they said "Why not just claim the insurance?". 5 weeks later - you will get a refund in 10 days. 11 days later - Your refund came in on the 1st, or 2nd depending on the agent you speak to - it will take 2 weeks. These people need to be stopped by someone!

ABSOLUTE SCAM! If I could rate 0 stars I would! 18months later, still no refund. Multiple promises of callbacks and nothing! I have wasted hours on the phone with this poor excuse of an agency. Spoke directly to airline and they say they have no record of a refund request! Have requested recordings of my phonecalls and they refuse to provide them (illegal under GDPR!). DO NOT RISK IT!!!!

SIMPLE - NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Used this company to book flights for family holiday of 11 to Portugal. Absolutely awful experience, they take your money then don't want to know. Downloaded the app to manage bookings etc and just doesn't work, tried on a desktop site as well with no luck. You have absolutely no chance getting through to them on the phone and even if you do (hours of trying/holding) they are pretty much useless and don't do what they promise to do anyway. Book directly with airline or through a travel agent - DO NOT USE THIS 3RD PARTY COMPANY. I wish I had read the reviews first!

give me wrong information on their app about my flight details. The flight flew a day later, and as a result we had to stay over night near the airport. Then we missed our connecting flight because because of the the different dates. It was their suggestion that i used their app as the best way to manage my flight. very disappointed and incurred a lot of extra expense because of their mistake. I don't know if I am i entitle to compensation.

OPODO seems to be a kind of scam. No any support, both website and phone support robots only adjusted to move you around. Do not expect any support for example if you need a refund or anything... It is incredible that such "companies" are allowed in Europe to operate. Seems to be EDREAM part but even worse than that... 2h lost, 600 Euros lost. website full of fake links and infos. think twice.

Opodo continue to tell lie after lie they are the biggest scammers going never book with this disgusting scam company so many people have lost there hard earned money including pensioners they should be closed down PLEASE BE WARNED THEY ARE LIARS THIEVES CHEATS never use them for anything

Just been conned out of 59.99 by Obodo Prime " annual subscription " Never even used them they got my details from My Trip.Com which is part of Edreams. Bank refuses to help so ive lost the money

I am so disgusted and disappointed with your service opodo!!! You never thought twice about subscribing me to opodo prime without even asking me and were the first to take my money for your subscription but when it comes to helping your clients, you’re disgustingly horrible and should be ashamed of yourselves!!! I’ve called a million times and was told that I will get a call back each time until my flights date finally arrived and what do I do now?? “Oh now you have to pay extra” or “oh sorry we can’t do anything about it”. How extremely disgusting. I’ve been trying to contact you for 2 weeks to change my flight. It is 1. Impossible to get a hold of you & 2. Extremely annoying that when you do get a hold of your shitty company, you get told to wait and you never actually do anything to help your clients. I am unsubscribing and never working with you again. Everyone should know that you are the biggest scammers there is out there. I was never given such a hard time to change a bloody flight. OPODO - DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!

Worst company out there! I strongly advise you not to use it. I had so many issues with them, all related to efficiency, customer service, and lack of professionalism. Extremely disorganized that results in a lack of action from their side. The app looks great, IT is definitely strong for them, but when it comes to solving issues and human efficiency, it's below zero!!

Horrendous. Would strongly advise others not to buy any ticket from Opodo. Bought a package for a friend with 32 hours duration from Dhaka to Montreal (7/9/2021) with Doha and Rome transits. After payment the email they sent and the details contained in their site againt the ref they provided the flight duration 42 hours (can buy something with duration for £330 cheaper)! It was booked yesterday (21/8/2021), the 32 hours package is still available, for the same price from Opodo, but now £50 cheaper at other places. Called Opodo about 20-30 from yesterday, they hang up saying due to large number of calls they are only dealing with departures earlier than my friend's. No way to email them. Contacted by app, chat and facebook - which are responded by bots, left messages for them to get back, which they haven't done yet. Bought flexi ticket, so we have the option to change ticket free of cost, but their system isn't allowing to do that. They are asking to make a call to change ticket and they don't pick up the bloody phone. Unbelievable.

I received only £67 refund from £367 spent on plane tickets after 10 months of waiting. Is this normal? TOTAL SCAM!!! EVOID!!!

Site malhonnête. Le 10 août 2021, nous avons été sur opodo pour acheter 4 billets pour un vol domestique aller simple Athènes Santorin. Nous en avons trouvé à 200 €. Nous avons choisi ce vol et nous avons rentré les informations de notre carte et validé le paiement. Et ben figurez vous qu’en attendant la validation par le site, un message s’est affiché disant que la compagnie a modifié le prix et lequel a augmenté de 50 euros ! La se sont des pratiques commerciales douteuses indignes

I booked a flight that I subsequently had to amend. I had already paid Opodo for the flexible ticket option yet changing my flight and getting my money back has proved to be impossible and extremely inconvenient “by design” (for example, the only way of doing so is by phoning customer services and waiting for a rather lengthy amount of time each time to speak to a customer representative). 19th Jul 2021: I phone customer services to change the dates of my booking but I am told I have to make a new booking (not change via the opodo website) and then claim my money back retrospectively. I go ahead and do that but when I ask for a confirmation of refund I do not get anything back in writing. I am told the refund will be processed shortly. 21st Jul 2021: I phone customer services back and I am reassured I will get a refund shortly as well as an email confirming this. 26th Jul 2021: I have yet to receive my money back (or at least a notification of refund). I call back and I am reassured by customer services I will get my money back within 2 weeks. 19th Aug 2021: I have yet to receive my money back (or a notification of refund). Instead I see a charge in my bank account for an Opodo Prime membership (54 euros) despite having cancelled it. I call customer services back and I am now told that the refund will not be paid before the airline first pays Opodo back. This is the FIRST time I am told that the refund is not coming any time soon or that I will have to wait until that point. Had I known I would have obviously chosen to book directly with the airline and buy a flexi ticket with them. In addition, I ask why I have yet to receive a notification of refund and I am told that this is because I phoned a “recorded line” and that they are unable to send emails. Clearly not good enough! I can only assume this is a typical experience for Opodo customers and indeed the outcome of systemic lack of customer care (to put it very mildly) and complacency within the organization.

Opodo should never be Trusted, Avoid at all times using this company. They will promise the world to rip you off. Don't buy any ticket's or anything from this company. They are a bunch of corrupt people. My partner both a ticket From London Heathrow to Manila then final destination Cebu. We both this ticket on Opodo website we pay £604.00 immediately, she couldn't fly because of this Covid-19 and since then HELL started. We call then maybe 1000 times, we email them 100's not to say more, we wait for them to response they never do, we wait for there call that never happen, we wait for there email's never get any, we wait for the processing team to reply never happen, we wait for A, we wait for B, We wait for C, and on and on and and nothing from OPODO is correct no matter who you talk too, They said was the Airline fault, they said that the Airline takes 6 months to get the money, they said that airline did not pay them, they said the money is in process, they said for us to send the confirmation of the ticket when we both the ticket from them, They ask us for the reference for the ticket when they have all the details, They said the person who is dealing with your request is not working today, they said that to call back next week, they said to call back in 2 week's time, they said we did not have any reply from the Airline, they said to try in 7 week's, they said that Airline is refusing to refund the money back... They don't answer the phone for hours, for day,s, we email them and never get a reply, we spend our time calling them for nothing day's, week's , month's and now over a year. They keep forgetting you, your call's, your email's and all what you do. You waste your day's your week's, month's and now over 1and half year. We are going to take this company to court that should be the way to get our hard working money back. It is unbelievable that this action's from OPODO still going on day after day and no one does anything about them. We contact many organisations but so far nothing happen, How can a company so CORRUPT operate in UK??? We will do at we can to make sure that we recover our money and also compensation for all what we spend our time calling and all the work that we have done to try and get our money back. WARNING Don't buy anything from OPODO, They will rip you off.

Do not use these scammers! They charged me nearly £300 more than I would have paid had I gone directly to the airline. Their phone is not working and they give standard answers to any questions. They will charge me if I try to cancel.

Avoid at all costs. I made a booking for 2 people. Obviously there was supposed to be 2 different names on the reservation, which I entered while booking. But they made the reservation under the same name. I did not notice that in the confirmation email and now I have to deal with paying extra to airlines on updating this. The tickets ended up costing 50% more and there is no help from Opodo on this whatsoever. No responsibility for messing up my reservation.
