“Nous avons acheté des cadres vides et des les encadrés blancs dont je ne me souviens plus du nom. Cadres d'excellente qualité, nous sommes agréablement surpris! Beau bois et mécanisme de languettes pour "fermer" le cadre efficace et robuste. Et nous avons reçu notre commande rapidement. Ce ne sera certainement pas notre dernier achat!”

“J’ai beaucoup aimé mon expérience avec Opposite Wall. J’ai commandé 7 affiches et cadres de différentes grandeurs. Les produits sont de bonne qualité et la livraison s’est bien déroulée. Il y a même une étiquette sur le rouleau d’affiches qui dit : from Montreal with love. Chic et de bon goût, une belle expérience pour le client. Merci!”

“L'expérience a été bonne une fois que j'ai compris un ou deux détails nécessaires. J'ai eu l'impression que les réponses (par courriel) n'étaient pas écrites par un francophone maitrisant la langue (ce qui n'est pas super important en soi, mais..) Par contre, la livraison a été très très rapide (24heures) avec un emballage très soigné. La couleur et la qualité du cadre sont très belles et sont très appréciées. Vous devez persister à proposer des encadrements couleur et fantaisie. Merci.”

“The prints are lovely (good, thick paper, quality print job, etc.), but I was disappointed by the frames. A couple of the metal frames were dirty, one had scratches on acrylic sheet (the "glass") that even got through the protective film, and one had a small gauge in the frame that I had to paint to hide. I should have returned them all, but I was worried they'd end up in the trash, so I fixed what I could.”

“I had to trim most of my prints by hand to fit inside my frames. Most frames are 11x14 so the 12x16 wasn’t ideal. The website says it takes 7-10 business days. It ended up taking almost 4 weeks to get my order. Had I know the real timeline I would have ordered elsewhere. The prints are somewhat blurry and could be more clear/ focused. The paper quality is okay. Two of the prints are darker than they were on the website.”

“Opposite wall has provided me with at least 10 frames. These frames are made with excellent craftsmanship and stained beautifully when requested. I did my research and sourced many frames from various supplies and the quality is by far the best I have seen. The price extremely competitive to other sources however the quality is far superior. They are wonderful to deal with and delivery is always prompt”

“Generally it seemed like the shipping took a very long time, even knowing that it is a longer process ahead of time, it definitely exceeded the 10 days. It was also unexpected that when getting the print and a frame that it was not already within the frame itself. Maybe this is in the fine print but seemed like a frame could have just been purchased elsewhere and what was the benefit of ordering them together. The print is adorable and overall made a great gift.”
