Product was poor quality and returned. Acknowledgement of purchase and issuing of return label took several days and I was beginning to doubt whether it would come.

Le colis était très bien emballé, l’image “ Flow in Green poster” est arrivée en bon état et dans un délais convenable. Par contre, le vert sur l’image en ligne n’est pas dutout la même que sur la copie reçue. En vrai le vert est tellement foncé qu’il paraît noir. J’aimerais savoir s’il y a quoi que ce soit qu’il soit possible de faire? Merci! Marie-Ève

Flimsy everything. Didn't like any of the frames. Prints are on very ordinary paper.

Coloured frames are great! Prices are reasonable. Oak frames leave something to be desired. Really think you should start selling mirrors in your vintage frames! They’d look so good.

I had to trim most of my prints by hand to fit inside my frames. Most frames are 11x14 so the 12x16 wasn’t ideal. The website says it takes 7-10 business days. It ended up taking almost 4 weeks to get my order. Had I know the real timeline I would have ordered elsewhere. The prints are somewhat blurry and could be more clear/ focused. The paper quality is okay. Two of the prints are darker than they were on the website.

Frame came with marks and blemishes on it. It’s not one I will use.

One of my posters has yet to arrive (it's not even listed as part of my order to review on this page), while the rest of my order did. The customer service team took four days to reply to my message and the only response was "We'll launch an investigation." I'm dissapointed and waiting on this one piece to complete a project. It's also the largest piece so it's not like I can move forward with out it... I'm really dissapointed and disatisfied with customer service and follow through on orders, which seems pretty basic. ***Revision*** After posting this and contacting customer service again I did get a response, update, replacement promised, partial refund, and request to revise my review. However, a week later I still haven’t received the replacement poster nor any tracking info. It’s also not available on the receipt for the replacement that was sent to me… I waited in good faith a week to post this revision. Still not great. I would think twice before ordering from Opposite Wall.

Le cadre et la photo que j’ai reçus sont vraiment différent de ce que j’avais vu sur le site. Les couleurs sont très fades. Très déçue!

It was not clear when I ordered it, that the turnaround time would be as long, and had to follow-up. Expectations should be set up front. Additionally, I was disappointed with the quality of the frame, not to mention the effort it took to get the film off the 'glass', relative to the price.

This is the second time I’ve order from Opposite wall. The first order was great, the second time the backing had black dots and the border was not straight. Very disappointed

La qualité du produit m’a vraiment déçu par rapport à une commande que j’ai placé il y a environ 3 ans. L’impression était alors fait sur une toile alors que maintenant c’est sur un carton. J’aurais été en mesure de reproduire cela avec un imprimeur local.

Hi - I have been attempting to get a hold of someone since receiving my frame, but I have received no responses. I am unable to add a mat to the frame, so I need to return it. Please advise how I can make that happen. Thnaks

Something seems off with the frame, my picture doesn't sit flat even though it does in the other frame that's the same size. Customer support is really slow

I'm currently not super happy with my order because one of the frames that I ordered is broken. Also, I just received 3 separate "Share your experience with us" emails. I'm not at home right now (I'm at work) so I'm unable to provide a picture of the broken frame. Also, I reached out to customer service yesterday but have not heard back yet.
