“The actual surgery is really not a nice experience, it doesnt hurt but is uncomfortable and my eyes were very uncomfortable for the rest of the evening. But by the next morning my vision was clear and I wasnt in any discomfort anymore. The surgery was well worth the slight discomfort and stinging of the eyes”

“Staff very pleasant. Answered all my questions. Procedure was extremely quick and I could see straightaway. Very satisfaied with results (better than 20/20 vision). Would strongly recommend others do this; in fact, I wish I had done it earlier.”

“The whole experience has been a pleasure, the staff have always been helpful I would suggest taking a friend with you to the surgery so that they can guide you home. I love not having to wear glasses!”

“im a wagon driver who had dificulty driving cars on my transporter glasses where fogging up all the time when it rained now have no problems because of my surgery”

“in the beginning from consultations to the procedure the expectations was exciting but scarry. big decissions with hopes at the processes of treatment ; my expectations was too high that I could have my desire to have my vision up dated to the out most of an attitude to think the magic is to happen for my eyes after this treatment........well i got my desire. thank you Optical express staff. I Love You All........ Fantastic of your service.”

“I had the Wavefront Lasik which has taken me to (as far as I can tell) perfect sight. I have got no problems seeing at night, and the joy I get from getting up in the morning and not having to hunt for my glasses is unbelievable. Surgery wasn't the most fun experience ever, but over very quickly and extremely supportive staff who were really encouraging.”

“I found the experience scary and surreal to start with, I couldn't believe I could be free of glasses so quickly, but it really was so quick and no more worrying about my glasses! Everyone was helpful and reassuring and gave me answers to all my questions. I did have some issues with halos and dry eye to begin with, but was reassured this was normal and over the first 3 months this has virtually disappeared.”

“The medical side of my association with Optical Express was adminstered very professionally. I felt that great effort was made to make me comfortable throughout the screening and operating process. The call centre staff where always polite and helpful without being patronising. I would do this again..”
