“I have found my vision continues to be extremely clear, better than 20/20, so a definite improvement on previous vision. Slight night dryness and daytime glare are being addressed with appropriate drops (and still within the expected healing timeframe). I am assured of further improvements to come and feel the aftercare has been excellent and that I am being well supported through the healing process.”

“I was very satisfied with everthing -staff were curteous and expalined everything to me clearly. I have no problem with telling my friends about the service-indeed I have already done so. Apointment were scheduled, and everthing happeded as promised.”

“Overall I am happy with the service recieved from Optical Express. From day 1, the staff have been friendly, helpful and readily available. On the day of my surgery, we did experience a delay of 3 hours due to problems with the air conditioning. I was called prior to coming to the clinic to inform of a 45 minute delay. Whilst I appreciate that this is unavoidable, and the staff were very apologetic, I do feel that 3 hours as a nervous patient was a very long time to wait! During the surgery I felt comfortable and reassured at all times, and felt that the staff who dealt with me afterwards were exceptional. That evening I experienced discomfort and a lot of watering which lasted for around 24 hours. Since then I have had better than 20/20 vision, which has been fantastic. I am currently experience starburst issues at night however I am assured that this will improve over time. I would definitely recommend the surgery, and Optical Express, to friends and family.”

“It all happened so quickly. I had my consultation one day and 2 weeks later I had the surgery! I had it done on a Saturday and was back at work on Monday, driving too. The actual procedure was absolutely fine and everyone makes you feel relaxed and reassured throughout. I got the train home (half hour journey) and had my husband with me. I was glad of this as my eyes did naturally seem to close, so I was glad to have his arm to hold onto. When I got home I went for a sleep for a couple of hours and was absolutely fine after that. My vision is fantastic now and wish I had done this years ago. My reading vision is returning slowly and I was advised that this may be the case. Due to my age, my reading vision was starting to deteriorate anyway. I would recommend the surgery to anyone. Brilliant!”

“The surgeon was brilliant and made me very comfortable to have made the right choice. Everyone at Shaftsbury Avenue is very helpful and very satisfied with the check ups and answers to my questions. Had an appointment at Westfield - White City and thought that they were not as professional and helpful. I would recommend Optical express to friends and family as laser eye surgery changed my life for the better... don't know why i waited so long to have it done!”

“I recently had eye laser surgery which changed my life for better. If you fed up with wearing contact lenses do not hesitate - just go for it ! procedure is safe, quick and brings great result, and you are going to have the best care you need.”

“Friendly staff and very proffessional. Everything was done quickly and i'm very happy with the result. Only thing is my LASEK procedure was told to be 'discomfort'. It was more intense than expected, which afterwards i was told is normal. If i was told before hand, i could have prepared myself better. Still no regrets as my eyesight is incredible!”

“I'd considered having laser eye surgery for many years but didn't have the courage to get it done. Finally after 40 years of glasses and contact lenses I had the treatment anf now wish I'd had it done years ago. The improvement in my confidence is amazing.”

“My experience from start to finish has been extremely satisfying. I came expecting not to be able to afford the surgery but was surprised as to what the final cost was. I proceeded straight away and had the surgery within two weeks. I am now at the 3 month stage and am being discharged a very happy customer.”

“I was worried about my vision since my last visit as I found glaze and double vision at times when I was running. But the eye tests proved that my vision is perfect and the optometrist is very reasurring, which I found that it is very helpful.”
