“I used optical express as my opticians before having the operation, and they were always helpful and professional. I decided to have laser surgery and was well informed by the staff about it. I knew that ultimately whether to undergo surgery or not was my decision and I was informed of the likely outcomes. The aftercare in the laser clinic has been impeccable. The only improvement for me would be that when I call the store with a query or to re-schedule a post-op check, I should be put through to the clinic, rather than speaking to the front of the house staff, that sometimes appear too busy to deal with it effciently.”

“I have been more than satisfied with both the level of care, and the outcome of the procedure. Despite some slight issues with near-vision focusing, my vision is much improved and I would have no hesitation to recommend.”

“This is one of the best gifts I've given myself. I've had to wear glasses or contact lenses for 30 years and did not realise until now how much they restricted my activities. Now I can do whatever I want, and always feel confident that I can see. No more worrying about losing or breaking my glasses on holiday or making sure I have enough supplies of contact lenses to last the holiday. When I could not see without the aid of glasses or contact lenses I felt vulnerable. Now I don't worry about that anymore. This is a brilliant procedure which does not only improve a person's vision, but their whole life as well. I am very grateful.”

“Having worn glasses since age 9 it is great to be 'almost' free from them entirely. Due to my age I unfortunately still need reading glasses. My only regret is not having surgery sooner.”

“after a lot of thought, I decided to gor for the treatment, and dont regret it. Treatment is quick and everything is explained clearly. About 4 hours of discomfort after the treatment, but as long as you can lay down somewhere its not too bad. Small price for the benefits received - about 4 hours after treatment I could read etc fine and could get on with my life”
