“Having eye surgery is the best thing I have done and is definitely worth the money. It was a quick procedure with only slight discomfort immediately after the surgery. Within the first two hours the discomfort has almost completely disappeared. I now have perfect vision and I would recommend everyone to have this surgery, I just wish I'd done it sooner.”

“The staff are extremely friendly and are always on hand to ask advice and assistance. Chris is very friendly and thorough and has made this whole experience very enjoyable. I would recommend laser surgery to friends and family and tell them to come to Optical Express.”

“My vision has been poor since I was in my late teens. I've worn glasses for 25 years. Laser Surgery has given me freedom. I cannot describe the difference being able to see without glasses has made to my life. Its wonderful that my glasses are no longer the first thing I have to reach for in the morning. I can see!!”

“My surgery was double the price of my step father's eye surgery at optical express, which is why I didn't have it done after a consultation over 4 years ago as I was about to go to University. However my parents have been kind enough 4 years after this, to support me with mine. My own father has had the surgery done in France around 20 years ago and I was always keen to have this surgery. My glasses were not fashionable, I was unsure wether to spend money on a designer pair and I was sick of the limitation of contact lenses, which were drying my eyes out from too much wear and from being on the computer for too long. The surgery itself was a bit scary however after some discomfort throughout the day and the night, the next morning I could see the most clearly I have ever seen. So from over a decade of wearing glasses since 8 years old, I have never had much confidence wearing my glasses other than if I was tired early in the morning or I was studyng and on my computer all. I am glad to be rid of glasses for a very long time until I eventually become long sighted when I am elderly.”

“The recovery period at first is quite long, but you start to see the improvements after a while and that's when you feel that it was a good thing you had it done! It's must easier now without glasses, not having to worry about them getting knocked and broken or having to put them away at night before bed!”

“So far my sight is batter than with my contact lenses, day to day life is improved. I can see the clock, go swimming and not have to woory about my children splashing me too much = more fun!”
