“Once the initial discomfort has cleared up my experience has been fantastic. It is amazing to have perfect vision; especially through out my entire field of vision (not just the centre where you look through your glasses). I would recommend laser surgery to everyone.”

“My experince has bee great all around. My Ey'es are better then 20/20. I think it is great value and staff are friendly and supportive. The only thing that I could say was bad was when I was getting finance they put the amount in wrong, after sorting with finance company PERFECT!! Thank you to all staff and every one its great!”

“STAFF VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE, SURGERY WAS PAINLESS AND AS EXPLAINED. END RESULTS ARE NOT YET FINAL AND IS TAKING LONGER THAN EXPECTED DUE TO TYPE OF SURGERY.”

“I had been wanting and waiting for laser eye surgery for 10 years until I discovered I could pay on a finance plan! Within weeks I had my consultation booked and my eye sight sorted! Brilliant service and much better vision than I expected! No pain, no inconvenience....amazing! Now one month later I have 20:12 vision! Unbelievable for me since I started wearing glasses when I was just 3 and lenses at 16! Now I can partake in activities I couldn't before and can show off my lovely new eyes! Thank you! :)”

“I've had my surgery 3 months ago exact to the date, and my vision has never been better. Although my eyes are a bit sensitive to light and a little bit dry at times, I feel as though not having to wear contact lenses or glasses again is a relief. I feared that as time went by my vision would become worse, but it stayed pretty much the same since I had the surgery. It was very weird for the first month or so because as soon as I woke up I'd wonder where I put my glasses or when I would come home from work (I work during the night) and think that I had to take my contact lenses, but once I realised I didn't need to wear them anymore I would be so relieved and very happy. I'm extremely satisfied with the result and the staff at Optical Express are very lovely.”

“Since having the surgery, riving at night has become a major challenge for me. my eyes pain alot, are very dry despite using the drops and there seems to be a constant glaze obstructing my vision. im also experiencing sticky eyes, where the lid of the eyes stucks to my eyes. Hopfully these issues will settle down allowing me to enjoy being glasses free.”

“I came to find out about laser surgery as my friends said how easy it was, I came along and although I wanted it doing I couldnt actually imagine having it done. I said to myself if it gets around a certain price I would have it done, well it went below the price I set myself, I thought oops Im going to have to do it now! On the day of the surgery I was very nervous, staff were fab and put me in the first appt so I could get it over and done with! Surgery room was relaxed and staff were kind, made me feel slightly better but still I just wanted it done. I knew it would be quick but I was so relieved that within 5 minutes I was finished, I dont know what I was worrying about, no pain, not really any discomfort apart from myself wriggling around! To sum it up, so pleased I went ahead with it, Im not such a wimp afterall!”

“I'm satisfied so far in that my eyesight has improved, still not perfect though but I'm hoping it will improve in the weeks to come. Surgery was quick and painless, recovery was occasionally uncomfortable but no worse than I had been told to expect.”

“Having the surgery is probably the best thing i could have done. I can actually see when I wake up in the morning and not have to look around for my glasses which seem to disappear at night. I would definately recommend.”

“Im so glad I finally went ahead with the laser surgery. As everyone says I should have done it years ago. The amount Ive spent on contacts ect I could have paid for my laser sugery along time ago and not have to worry. The procedure is a little painful and I found it was uncomfortable for 2 days after, however it was so worth it and I do not regret it one bit.”

“I was initially sceptical regarding laser eye surgery and the claims of success and the quality of vision. After my initial consultation and having given it some thought in addition to speaking with some friends who had also undergone the procedure i decided to proceed. The day after surgery my nerar vision was fantastic, but distance vision was blurry. The distance blur persisted beyond the one week appointment but i was reasured during the checkup that it was to be expected and would ijmprove with time. At the two week check-up the distance blur was still present and i was getting quite anxious thinking that my vision was permenantly damaged. Speaking with the consultant and airing my concerns made me feel much better, and i was once again reasured that i should not worry and my symptoms would slowly dissapear. I am typing this now following my one month checkup with fantastiv vision from near to far distance. I still get occasional dry feelings in my eyes following a full day infront of the computer, but this is also subsiding. Overall i am exceedingly satisified with my vision despite the anxiousness during the healing period, i now have better than 20/20 in both eyes, what more could you ask for. “I had been struggling with contact lenses and glasses when riding my motorcycle, glasses steamed up quickly in cold weather and contact lenses would often dry up and pop out. It was becoming very dangerous so I contacted optical express after seeing an advert. I was booked in for my procedure in no time, the staff were excellent and my vision is much better than with my glasses or contact lenses. It feels like my life has switched to high definition in comparison to before. Now I no longer have to worry about riding my motorcycle.”

“Laser eye surgery was an excellent decision. Staff here at Optical Express were fantastic. Surgery went perfectly and eyes healed rapidly within a day and a half to 20/16 vision, better than 20/20! Extremely pleased with results! The feeling of waking up in the morning with perfect vision is incredible.”
