“Everything went smoothly with the operation but ended up overusing screens and pushing myself a bit too far several days after surgery. This resulted in headaches but once I had change my lifestyle cutting down on screens somewhat the headaches dissapeared. My vision is excellent, and one month on I am very pleased.”

“I am very happy with the end result. Before the surgery, I was very shortsighted, but after the procedure my eyesight has dramatically improved, such that I can now see better without spectacles than I could before the surgery with them. The standard of care that I have received at Optical Express is second to none: I have been taken care of very well. If anyone reading this is contemplating laser surgery but still unsure, I can only say that it has changed my life, and would urge you to go through with the procedure. You will be in excellent hands.”

“From start to finish i was pleased with the treatment i received from all the consulting staff who took care of me. The actual laser experience was a bit traumatic but thankfully very short. I did experience a fair bit of pain during that first day, but again lasting only a short time and 24hrs later things were so much better.”

“I have been highly impressed with the staff at all the Optical Express stores. They are all very professional, helpful and the procedure was very quick and painless. My eyesight has been amazing since I have had the procedure. I am very pleased I decided to go for this and it has improved my life greatly. I go on holiday travelling in a month and this will make the holiday much more enjoyable with not having to worry about contacts, solution and cleaning.”

“I only had a mild prescription of roughly -1.5 in both eyes but i was getting migraines because I did not wear glasses except for distance activities. I went for the cheapest proceedure at ?395 an eye and even got ?150 discount due to the ambassador scheme so paid ?640. I intend to refer my girlfriend and the rate has gone up so i get another ?250 back if she goes ahead bringing the total to ?390 in total. For that price I am very glad I did it. I am getting a mild halos when driving at night but these are getting less now and should reduce much more by 6 months. Apprently this can happen with the more expensive treatment anyway. Overall very happy.”

“I am a keen golfer who was unable to wear contact lenses due to over use and had to wear glasses. This is a thing of the past now and this has increased my enjoyment of the game - the greens are clear now and I can see balls and targets 400 yards away and more. It has really changed my life and now hopefully my game. Thank you”

“i was very nervous but the staff put me at ease having the laser surgery was quick and painless and the staff in the surgery were very friendly and told you step by step what was happening i would recommend this surgery to everyone it was quick painless and my eyesight is now brilliant !!!”

“From my first consultation I have been treated wonderfully. The day of the laser treatment I was put at ease and had a wonderful man carry out the treatment. It was such a success my husband is noiw going ahead with the treatment. The staff have been fantastic and nothing has been a problem and every thing has been thoroughly explained as many times as I asked, which was alot. Thank you to everyone who helped and continue to do so.”

“My vision is now 20/20, which I'm more than happy with. It's even better than with my glasses. The procedure was not pleasant, but I've had worse, and only lasted a few minutes. Friends seem to be put off by the thought of the procedure, but it is over very quickly. Only thing I have to do now is wear glasses - ready readers - for close work. I wore varifocals before, so having to put reading glasses on and off is taking some getting used to, but at my age (60) that's pretty good. I think I look more intellectual taking my specs on and off to read! So very happy - and I got a half price offer, so even more delighted. The cost of varifocal glasses plus contact lenses was getting very expensive. This was my 60th birthday present to myself and it's been worth every penny.”

“Since i'm only 23 I thought there would be some difficulty getting eye laser surgery. However after getting my consultation they were very helpful getting an appointment for the laser as soon as possiple as i requisted. Everything went very well on the day and the after service was very efficient. They answered all my queries and made me very relaxed about the whole process. I would definitly recommend this service to others and am a very satisfied customer.”

“I would recommend the laser eye surgey to anybody who is wearing contact lenses or glasses as it has changed my life completely. Wearing contact lenses before it was a pain to constantly put them in and take them out, and now I dont have to worry about that. I just wake up and get on with my day.”

“I was very nervous before the surgery but was put at ease as soon as i entered optical express, i was constantly cared for and after my surgery i have been more than looked after. the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I have had dry eye quite a bit just lately but was reassured my vision will continue to improve.”

“Being able to see without the hassle of glasses or contact lenses is amazing as I have used them since I was very young. I struggled with contact lenses as eye infections occurred several times, not worrying about this is fantastic. The staff at Optical Express have been so helpful and friendly, making a potentially worrying experience very easy and stress free.”
