“As always the staff at Optimum Health online and In store are kind, considerate and helpful. I have been having some very stressful and challenging times lately and the warmth and understanding from the staff has been so very appreciated. I have been a customer for 20 plus years and it is so nice to see that the commitment to knowledgeable and good human beings continues.”

“We’ve been shopping at Optimum since it first opened in a corner of the Debaji’s store on 109 Street. We’ve shopped there ever since. What we appreciate most, even over and above the huge range of products is the excellent service.”

“It is just nice to be inside the shoppe. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly greetings. Very well-stocked with a good selection of every product. I know I will visit often and browse. I see a long future with this store. Pictured is a product for men with Tongkat Ali. It is hard to find like-products that use Tongkat Ali. It works a charm for boosting men's energies. I am pleased to report that taken on a daily basis, many minor ailments have just disappeared. The testosterone boost did not result in a wildman, although on game days it is a help, but actually balanced out a very natural sense of well-being.”

“We heard about Optimum Health from our friend who has dealt with them for years and he met us there to show us the produce he recommended. The lady who helped us was very knowledgeable and friendly. We mostly enjoyed the experience but as my husband was in a lot of pain from his injury, he was not able to fully enjoy the experience. But all was good.”

“The store has a great selection and helpful and knowledgeable staff, but your reward/point system is terrible and does not compare to the other stores that give 20-25% off monthly for the same items with the same or lower prices. Also your new system is unfair as you never know whether you received points and what your total is.”
