“My experience on Optislim has been easy and very rewarding. I absolutely love the bars, (especially Choc Bar) and the shakes. Most days I will have one of each alternating between breakfast and lunch. Dinner time I try to eat a normal meal, watching the calories and occasionally spoiling myself with a small serve of dessert - mainly ice cream. I have also enjoyed the chicken and pumpkin soups and occasionally one of the meals. I don't give in to in between snacks.
Initially I lost 11 kg and am now back to try and loose more. Optislim is very convenient and I find very satisfying. Delivery is very quick.

Great shakes all flavors are good, my husband and I started them on Jan 9th 2023 and as of today, I’ve lost 5kg and he’s lost 9kg.
He works at a desk everyday but does shelf shaking some nights and gardens on the weekend. I’m not doing much after a knee replacement and waiting on the other being done soon..
