“I'm very happy with Optislim. To date I have lost 12 kilos slowly but that's not a problem, hopefully I shall keep it off. I find the shakes pretty good and I love the bars. I have a normal healthy meal in the evenings and try to keep my calorie count to the minimum. The packaged meals I have only tried two too date and found them to be rather tasty and sufficient. Very rarely do I need a snack. I blow out every now and then, however I am still loosing. Orders I usually receive within 5 working days, however the last order was much longer due to circumstances outside of Optislim control. Thank you Optislim”

“I switched to Optislim after my usual brand stopped making products. The VLCD shakes work as they should, but taste awfully yeasty compared to what I'm used to. The bars are dense and hard to chew and taste like the shakes do. However, I am not on this diet for the taste so I don't mind. Any flavour that promises a "crunch" (peanut butter, oreo cookies etc) are actually quite bad because they have these rice-krispy-esque texture that tastes like shoe gum.”
“The shakes and protein bars are great, I have the chocolate and banana ones, but seriously wish they would do something about the soups! I have the chicken one and it is simply awful, I can’t drink them. Since buying the product I have read lots of people saying the same thing, utterly disgusting.”
