Our office is closed on the weekend, therefore, we had to process your order on Monday, July 25, 2022. While your order was on the Awaiting Shipment status you asked for the order to be cancelled. Your request was granted and your order was cancelled and a refund was issued on July 26, 2022.

I received a response that stated I would receive a reply, "Usually within 1 Day". Three days later, still no response, I called the phone number listed and got some action. In all, the 3-5 day delivery I expected was 2 weeks. The phone number I called made the transaction happen. Had I not called, I doubt I would have received my order yet. I will say that the product was satisfactory, even with the time delay. I won't be back. Thank you.”
