“I ordered a product fully expecting the product to arrive in a reasonable period. This did not happen. I wrote to inquire about the delay in the customer service email option. I received a response that stated I would receive a reply, "Usually within 1 Day". Three days later, still no response, I called the phone number listed and got some action. In all, the 3-5 day delivery I expected was 2 weeks. The phone number I called made the transaction happen. Had I not called, I doubt I would have received my order yet. I will say that the product was satisfactory, even with the time delay. I won't be back. Thank you.”

We apologize for the delay in responding and for any confusion with our shipping policy. The item you ordered states on our website that it ships (not arrives) in 3-4 business days, which it did. You ordered your item after 6pm of February 5th, it shipped on February 9th UPS 3 day and was delivered on February 14th. This UPS shipping does not deliver on the weekend, only on the business days. Again, we apologize for the confusion.
