Terrible customer service. After Origin completed the migration, I experienced an issue with my internet connection. When I called, customer service was unable to resolve the problems. He kept asking the same questions. I was put on several time during the call. Apparently, the customer service representative is not properly trained to perform his duties.

After over a year with origin our connection just stopped three days ago, three call later to Origin and I’ve worked out it’s due to them migrating, whatever that means. All I know is they have no idea when I will be re- connected again (but I’m still paying). ‘Migration’ is an absolute stuff up by their management - absolute bunch of clowns. If you rely on your connection for work or study do not go near them, be warned.

They connected to the wrong apartment and when I called within an hour, they disconnected my broadband, but it's been 2 months and they haven't refunded me the money! I have had to call 10-20 times and people get angry at me for calling and following up! Each department blames it on another and they refuse to allow me to go to different departments. I am seeking legal action, however if I could given them 0 stars I would! They are a scam! Do not go with them!

If I could give NO stars I would. Internet service wasn’t the best at any time but after the migration to a different provider there was NO service at all. Called support numerous times and no idea what they were doing in fact made matters worse as even the intermittent service completely stopped. The most unprofessional person I spoke to, yawned and muffled to himself throughout the call, told me I needed a new router but didn’t offer to order one and just wished me good luck and see what happens!! Absolutely appalling service! Do not sign up with these clowns !!

Signing up to this company was a big mistake. The service is inadequate. I wished that I had stayed with Sky. I was looking at cheaper options and thought that this was a good move at the time. The Internet service isn't very good and when I have contacted customer services I have been told on several occasions that a new router will be sent and this could possibly solve my problems. I've given up on making yet another call and being fobbed off. I just have to accept that the company does not deliver and I will soon be out of contract and will return to Sky or Virgin rather than some cowboy tin pot company. Please spare yourself the aggro and avoid this company. I ironically read poor reviews and stupidly ignored them.

its so bad i have to watch youtube on 144p any higher resolution will bugger and it takes bloody 20 years to load a website

Worst customer service. Disconnect my service without even letting me know When I asked for a reason they told me that I need to buy another modem from them for 90 something $

I been having bad service this like 3rd internet box send too me on phone like 3 hours fix probably don't why should stay they say fast internet my son games on line not fast internet like told me guys phone help back on only took like 3 hours nice 👌 geting my nerves had go on this stuff get internet on been without internet too they internet stop working lot never been though this before

Had to disconnect them just after moving to their service due to HORROBLE customer support team. I suggest if you need a caring service provider, steer away from Origin NBN as fast as you can!

Worsts nbn service I was already member with them and always do direct debit but there internet is so slow so I ask them to increase my plan and they did and they have my whole bank details but later they mail me I gave wrong bank account so they charge me extra 75$ as well as I even can’t talk with customer service they gave to directly debit collector ..worst worst worst service 🙏🙏🙏

DO NOT USE ORIGIN BROADBAND!!! I have been having multiple dropouts for months now and Origin keep trouble shooting the same way.. we are having to use our own mobile data and pay for Origin Broadbsnd as well. It has been incredibly stressful dealing with Origin and I have lost countless hours on the phone with them. I have paid for a new modem and still experiencing the same issues. They switch between blaming NBN Co and the modem, however it seems to be neither. I have told them I want to put in a complaint, but this falls on deaf ears and they blatantly lie and say they have fixed the issue which they haven’t. I shall be contacting them and lodging a formal complaint and asking who I take it further with on my next call….DO NOT USE ORIGIN!!!!. I would give them 0 stars if I could!!!

It almost a week that I switched to origin and and every day experiencing long drop outs and call them and they have no clue what's going on they have booked nbb technician and they said it is nbns fault but guess what it is their fault I got disconnected while working, playing, watching Netflix. If you wanna torture someone and make their lives miserable tell them to get Internet from origin. My point THEY DON'T DESERVE EVEN A ONE STAR REVIEW 🤢

Sold me an upgraded package for $99 per month saying it downloads at 100mb per second. It has never gone over 11mb per second. Pathetic SCAM company

Worst customer service ever! I spoke to an origin broadband customer support representative called John (don’t even know if this is his real name coz he hesitated as he gave his name when I asked for his name).. John was absolutely clueless, inefficient, and rude. Origin broadband better ramp up on customer support and service if they wish to retain their client base and even for the organisation to stay afloat in the future!

I'd give zero stars if I could. They forced us to pay an extra fee when cancelling our contract when our landlord sold our house. No option to talk common sense to any customer service staff

Worst service worst company bunch of lieing ripoff mungrels Overpriced slow crapy internet, not worth wasting ya time or money on, the worst customer service very rude even threatening at times. Do yourself a favour and stay away or regret it like the rest of us
