“Ordered over £90 worth of dog food, to be told after a week of waiting and chasing, they only had 1 box of the 4 items and waiting for more to arrive. Asked how long the wait would be, to be told their supplier doesn't stock it anymore. After accepting the 1 item as I was desperate, i had to pay postage which wasn't mentioned. Also took another week for a refund! Checked website a few days later, and by magic, they're advertising the same stuff for a lot dearer price. Won't be using them again!”

“Always an excellent service and ONE HIGHLY RECOMMENDED with super speedy delivery and items always well packaged. They action orders swiftly and communicate at every stage of process, besides all these fantastic attributes their prices are unbeatable and if there were more than five STARS to award Ormskirk I would without any doubt give them some more.”

“I got my items as a present for my daughters new dog that she rescued, I was very pl3ased with the treats but I did find the Xmas paw bag I got was a bit on the small size. I was very pleased that it didn't take long to get to me and I think I will be shopping with you again if Summer(the dog) likes her bits .”

“I have had several orders with Ormskirk Pets and their service is just outstanding. I ordered lots of balls from them as well as treats for my two little lhasa’s, The delivery service is just incredible. I’ve barely ordered them and they’re being delivered. The treats are much much cheaper as well than my local pet shop so all in all a no brainer, super little shop thank you ever so much. x”

“Had a problem with part of my order ( dog bed) so I contacted them online. The customer service response was prompt and very helpful. They facilitated the return of the bed and I ordered another which arrived a couple of days later. The prices are good for the things I want to buy. Now have a number of items to try with my dog. 😃🐶”
