“I had never heard of Ormskirk Pets, but found them when searching for a replacement for my dogs’ favourite ball. They had one in stock, and with postage, were as competitively priced as Amazon. I’m trying to use Amazon less, so I took the chance to support a small business instead. The items I ordered arrived quickly and as described. I would happily recommend them to there and will definitely order from them again.”

“Not sure if we were just unlucky but not a great experience. Ordered a dog booster seat which after a week or so had not arrived. Contacted Ormskirk Pets who told me that they had none in stock. Disappointing that I had to contact them and they did not advise me. You would expect system to not take orders if an item is not in stock. Was told that it should be in stock the next day, unfortunately after chasing was told that it had not arrived and may arrive in the next day or so. Anyway it eventually arrived but altough it stated it was a medium it was too small for our Cavapoo. Had to return the booster seat and was told that postage would have to be paid by ourselves (£8+). Perhaps we were just unlucky but overall not a great experience.”

“Found the Harrington dog treats we give our dog here at a great price and with single pack or bulk option. A lot of shops have stopped selling them and we refuse to buy cheap, rubbish treats available in some shops. Arrived quickly and were kept updated on delivery, will definately use this company again.”
