“First off, this is not a review of their products. Like almost all sites these days, they ask for a review right away before you even have a decent chance to use the product. What gives? Are most vendors afraid their product is of poor quality and will get a bad review? In this case, I have not even received my Ororo gear. Another per peave; why do vendors offer firat time buyers discounts, like Ororo offering 15%, when they will not honor it! Yes the first order may be on discounted items, but that is what brings most first time buyer in, to give the product a try! Ororo, and all other vendors, STOP; calling these a first time buyer discount is only creating public frustration, and at least for me, makes me wonder if I would ever buy from the company again. Sure I am not the only one that feels that way! Sorry to Ororo for having to endure a review which seems to be industry wide. But this last comment is specific to Ororo's site. Your product descriptions are incomplete! Every item should have a complete list of features and materials. I could not do a real comparison of the different models to make an educated decision on which best fits my needs, and which I would want to give a try. So, then call customer service which is courteous, hence the 2 stars not 1 star, but you cannot reach them when calling, must wait for a callback, and then, they have no more information than what you can get from the website, hence no real help.”

“I ordered a heated purple vest for my girlfriend and she is over the moon excited. She is very much so a ‘warm blooded’ creature and enjoyed her vest at home, in the yard, and especially in the colder aisles at the grocery store. The order and delivery process was seamless and the balue was good. Thank you.”

“Use to love them but but connectors on socks don’t fit the new batteries. How long before you change the connectors on the vest or jacket that I own? Seems my things are becoming obsolete after one year.”

“I can’t review the actual vests that I bought because I’m in Florida and haven’t worn mine yet and the other one I bought is a Christmas gift. However, the vest came highly recommended and I look forward to wearing it when I’m home for the Holidays. I can say that the website was easy to navigate and the delivery was quick! Also I got a great on the price catching at sale! Thanks Ororo!”

“Ororo makes great products. My family and I love our heated apparel. I reached out to their customer service department ad one of the batteries was not operating correctly. Their warranty department had me send them info and made the whole warranty super easy. Thank you Ororo wear team!”

“I really like the heated vest (black & white) which I used all last ski season. When I plugged the battery in several days ago whatever holds the male became dislodged and I couldn’t connect it to the vest. I called customer service, provided them the things they requested and they promptly agreed to replace the battery which was sent in a very short time. I would do business with Orowear again. Thanks!”

“We are extremely pleased with the help from the customer service dept. Julie and Aven always kept us up on the progress of replacing my vest, and the follow through to make sure all went well and that we were satisfied. My problem was taken care of in a matter of days. We have never dealt with such a top notch customer service dept. like Ororo. Thank you”
