The size is much smaller than what they claim which makes the planned use very hard. I couldn't use my military discount it the other discounts that I received.

I was recommened the Ororo vest by a co-worker. I ordered the top of the line vest with numerous heating sections. The fit was nice but I had an issue. It seemed like the back heated quicker and hotter than the rest of the vest. The vest didn't meet my needs. I need a full jacket to keep me warm not just a vest.

Customer service has been very poor from the very get-go. I have not got to utilize my heated vest due to the inconsistency in the customer service rep ability to correct my issue. I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Since you keep asking me to, I will send a review. The best thing I can say is that the refund was issued quickly. Three years ago I purchased my wife a heated 'Classic' vest. It was very nice quality and the extra small size fit her very nicely. Fast forward to earlier in 2025, the button/switch to turn the vest on and off quit working. It was, understandably, out of warranty and, according to Ororo it was not fixable. My wife really liked the vest so we contacted Ororo about a new one. The closest to what she had was still called 'classic' they said, so we ordered another one. Again in XS. The vest arrived and was very disappointing. The XS size was now huge on her, the neck and arm holes hung on her. The vest did not feel like the same quality as before either. The vest felt thinner and cheaply made. It seemed to be something that you might buy on Teemu, but the price was way more than anyone would pay for something on Teemu. That may be an unfair statement as I have never purcahsed anything from Teemu. I had been a big supporter of the Ororo brand, but no more. I would caution people to make sure that anything they purchase from Ororo be returnable for a full refund.

battery pack does not last as long as expected. pockets do not warm enough to warm hands the neck warms well but not the body and pockets very disappointed that with the high cost of vest still need to add the high cost of battery and cord

This coat was a total disappointment! The zipper Would not stay zipped, and the heated areas I could barely feel heat coming from them. And I’m just stuck with it!

My order was messed up. I ordered 2 scarf's and was only sent one! However, Ororo charged for 2. Upon calling, I got a person who spoke little English and did not thoroughly comprehend my issue. Once my order was located I had to jump through hoops to get my order resent!

Hello, I purchased the heated socks with the strongest battery option, but the heating did not work properly. I would like to return them. I found another brand for my daughters, and they worked much better. Please let me know how to proceed with the return. Thank you.

Bought these with hopes that they'd be awesome. They weren't. I returned them. First of all, their sizes are all wrong on the website. I normally wear an XL glove, but per the website, I should be a medium. I bought a large, but they were still too small. The glasgow liners are not the same as the pictures on the website. The finger pads are cheap glue on pads that I'm confident won't stay on for long.

Buyer Beware! The construction, quality, and customer service of these products is terrible. After wearing this garment for ~1-2 times per week for the past 3.5 months, the seams have begun to unravel. When I reached out to customer service, I was told that the warranty doesn’t cover “wear and tear.” A seam unraveling in a new garment is not wear and tear.

I purchased the Parker jacket and when o received it the battery would not hold a charge so I videoed it plugged in and they send me a replacement which still does not hold a charge. I would not recommend this brand when there are so many others that work

I received the vest with a defective battery. I had to prove the battery was defective with videos and befoire I could get a replacement bqttery, the whole process took about one month. Poor customer service.
