I love the beauty of the heated vest and has been so wonderful to have as I do work in the medical profession and often do air transport in cold weather. The vest is great to add heat without a lot of bulk. My husband's vest had an issue with a cord that was resolved quickly with an easy return. My zipper on my pocket of my vest has already broken though and I've never washed it.

I ordered the Buffalo gloves for my husband. Unfortunately, the fingers are not heated and that is where the heat is needed, the extremities.

I have a heated vest made out of 50.4% polyester, 45% cotton and 4.6% other fibers, so hopefully you can track it with the Lot# MVFXBT1110802727. Well, my original battery could no longer handle a charge, so I contacted you and was directed to purchase a replacement battery; model MINI 5K 2INR22/71, just in case you need to look it up!! Well, I fully charged it before using, like the directions said, and when it was turned-on, it turned itself off in about a min. So, I put it back on the charger and the 4 lights quickly lite up, so trying it again in the vest, it turned off in a shorter time frame, like seconds. Your product has been a great buy, but the key technology, battery-powered heat, doesn't work like the original. Thanks for allowing me to vent...

I really like the warming functionality of the Men's Golf Vest but the battery placement in tha back of the vest is poorly designed. Can't wear it your car unless you like a small brick pressed into your spine and can't wear it in the golf cart unless you like the same. Women's vest with battery in side is much better.

I do like it, but have yet to put it through its paces. I really wish they made a tall version for those of us with longer torsos and arms. I am 5’10 and 135 lbs and ordered the medium. It’s a little short waisted and I would like longer arms ( the large has same sleeve length). Also, I wish the neck edging was softer around the face. Maybe it will “give” the more I wear it.

I give it 5 stars as a vest, 2 stars as a jacket. I have a 41 inch chest and the large sized jacket restricts my golf swing. The sleeves should be made of a stretchy insulated fabric.

After using the size chart a ordered a medium, but they were too small. I exchanged them for a large. The battery has to be put in the pocket plug first. Battery life is good. I was disappointed that the fingers didn't get warm, even on high wearing the outer glove. I was taking photographs with a camera, so I had to take the outer glove off a lot. The right hand outter glove is extreamly hard to get on over the inner glove. The touch compatibility is bad. I tried both hands, and different pressures, but they did not work most of the time, the reason for 3 stars. I have a vest too, which is great. In the house with the vest turned off, it feels like it is on, so I will put it on if I'm a littel cold. I think the prices are good and would buy them again.

Overall, I love the vest I purchased in 2023. However, the Men’s Heated Fleece Jacket was a bust. I’m not a big man and my arms are slender (I’m 75 and have had health issues). I couldn’t get my arms into the sleeves because they are very slender AND they’re fleece lined. There’s nothing but drag on anything I wear. Would be smart for you to line the inside of the sleeves with a satin type of material that would facilitate easy on & off actions. This explains why I am returning the jacket.

I bought a very basic vest and loved it so much I bought a more expensive vest in down with more heat. I love the vest for the most part, but the zipper which is very different than my first vest, gets stuck constantly. I still love it and it keeps me cozy but it was a lot of $$$ for a sticky zipper.

Once I got it charged love the warmth . But I didn’t get a charging block . And my iPhone block doesn’t work . Had to hook it up to my computer.

I have an overall 3. I had a full coat & a vest stop heating within a week of each other. The coat was a Christmas gift to me from my wife & the vest was a Valentine’s gift to my wife from me. The coat was less a couple years old & since my wife purchased through Amazon, the warranty was for 1 year. Buy direct from Ororo, it’s 3 years & would have been warrantied. So I am out of a coat. Wouldn’t replace it thigh it was only a couple years old. The Vest: I ordered from Ororo.com & it was replaced immediately. I did have to send a picture showing the connector was cut off with scissors as they required. Guess they didn’t trust my word from their troubleshooting. I would have given 2.5 stars if available. Wherever you sell your product, stand behind it the same!! Hope this helps someone before buying.

Although I have used this jacket over a year, but only used it during the winter months. I had an issue with charging the battery which had a poor connection and would never charge thus I had to get a new battery, but it seems as though the battery life does not last as long as the previous one. Overall, I think the price of the battery I paid was too much money.

When my heated vest arrived it came without a battery pack or any charging leads. When I queried this I was told that when supplying Europe this is the norm and I could purchase a battery pack separately. However, the advert I had read when I purchased my item on line while on holiday in the USA clearly stated everything was included and made not mention of exclusions to Europe - my delivery address would give me away surely? In short, I returned the garment and a refund was given (less delivery charges) but to get to this point I had to endure a series of rather blunt and unhelpful emails from the "Customer Services Team". I was left with a very bad feeling in my mounth.

I purchased a vest from Ororo directly for my wife's birthday gift. The vest was a medium and it was a bit tight across the chest, so I wanted to exchange the product (which was only tried on once) for a large. Ororo policy was for a no returns. Dissapointing. So far, the product does work well. My advice is to make sure you purchase the correct item.

THIS WAS WAS MY SECOND TRY TO GET THE RIGHT BATTERY FOR MY VEST....FIRST DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER PLUG IN ATTACHMENT...THE SECOND ONE WORKED....IT CHARGE WORKS BUT IS’NT AS STRONG & LONG LASTING LIKE THE ORIGINAL BATTERY..... :(((((

I love Ororo, but the wires that seem to connect to the power button, are obvious and run right over my left breast, which only makes it look like I have a crazy left nipple.
