“worst service possible!!!! They advertised a discount to "automatically apply." Then didn't apply it. When called customer service, they said, "We believe we charged you the right amount." As for the advertisement, "I think the price must have included the discount." IT DIDN'T. THEY WOULDN'T MAKE GOOD ON IT. ARROGANT!!!!!!! So horrible to deal with”

“Buyer beware.....Customer service is poor. Company only sent confirmation after I placed poor review and asked for a refund. Its been 3 weeks and I have no shoes. Company says they cannot issue refund until I receive the package and return and there is a time limit. I contacted them before the shoes shipped and still they would not canc Wish I had read all the other reviews 1st.”

“I tried to order a pair of shoes today and when I got to the check out IT advised me my order was not eligible for free shipping or discounts being offered For President's Day sale! Excuse me??? What kind of scam is this! Never again! You don't deserve any stars your company is a scam! Exactly like Walmart!”

“Made in China, shipped from China, and return’s have to go back to China!! Had my money for three weeks before shipped. Wearing shoes like pounding hard wet sand in bare feet. No shock absorption. No promised insole.”

“Purchased shoes I never received. Can't contact anyone, just get auto reply with offer of discounts. PayPal says the company gave them proof of delivery, so no refund from them. Asked PayPal to send me the proof of delivery they received from company. Should have read reviews first. Sorry I trusted Paypal to vet the vendors they service. At least they don't have my credit card info. WHAT A SCAM!”

“I agree with other poster. These bad reviews are about orthoFIT, not the orthoFEET website. Orthofit is a scam of gigantic proportions. The website is www.theorthofit.com. The shoes are cheap, stinky, plastic, & you can't return them without spending more than the shoes cost. You have to return them to CHINA and I don't know if you would get a refund even then.”

“I think most of these bad reviews are suppose to be for Orthofit not Orthofeet. I've read good reviews for Orthofeet, but similar horrible reviews for Orthofit.”

“I Went to order slippers and my slippers weren't in stock. They don't allow rainchecks to honor the sale code I have and I am unable to return of the money I put towards a gift card. I do not work with a company that offers poor customer service.”

“so very disappointed after spending $90. upon receiving my sneakers, i quickly put them on even though i wasn't impressed by appearance. they were very comfortable at first, just become troublesome and uncomfortable after only 5 minutes walking around living room. SOOOOOOOOO disappointed in quality, very thin fabric/material and fuzzy looking. decided to cut my losses and return; lost $5. restocking fee.”

“This site is fraudulent. I ordered and paid for a pair of slippers and paid over $100. I received a cheap plastic wallet likely worth no more than a couple of dollars. Offers me 30 pc refund as I no longer have the packaging it was delivered in. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE.”

“I called to place an order for a pair of shoes less than 1/2 hr after the phone lines opened to place an order. It is "cyber monday" where I could have bought the shoes for 40% off. I was told these shoes were "unfortunately" out of stock for "possibly" up to 6 weeks. This is unacceptable and very poor service to be out of stock within a half hour of the start of a sale. Although I have ordered from Orthofeet (as has my mother) numerous times, "Unfortunately" for Orthofeet, I will be unsubscribing to anything they have to advertise, and I had been recieving for numerous days before the sale started, which I repeat was approximately 1/2 hour before I called to place my order. Sketchers also have very nice supportive shoes.”

“I filled out the order form online had what i needed got a coupon lowering the price, was happy then i paid through paypal, good and the website would only let me go back to paypal, I checked PP the payment was there so i called orthofeet and all i got was you have no order(as i was looking at it on their website) spo i asked her how we can fix it again you have no order...and no offer to help i tried 3 different ways to get help finally i gave up and canceled my payment, good product get some real help clarke3@cox.net”

“I received the shoes but they were not the size I ordered and now it they are making it hard for me to return. The shoes I received also smell very chemical not sure if I want to reorder in my size even if I do eventually get a refund. Oh and buy the way you have to pay for them to be shipped back. Another Instagram scam.”

“DO NOT BUY. These are NOT reputable shoes made by a reputable company. I found them by doing a Google search for "waterproof boots". The cheap price enticed me. I know better than that. What a mistake. Now I'm stuck w a pair of very poorly made boots, of poor material. They're a tad short in the toe, and I bought the size I typically buy in boots. They have NO arch support to speak of. The sole feels like a piece of cardboard between my feet and the ground. It took 16 days to get them. They came from China. I did not know that. I never would have purchased them had I known they were coming from China. It makes no sense to return them. I would end up wasting more than the $50 I already wasted. I could have used that on a real pair of shoes. Lesson learned. Won't happen again.”

“These are the most uncomfortable shoes I have purchased. There are several inserts included but there is not arch support. The non tie laces do not work if you have to use the top holes to tie your shoes. They recommend a break in pattern of 2 hours a day, then 4 hours, etc. The more that I wore them, the worse they hurt my feet. As a nurse comfortable shoes are a priority. I have plantar fascititis and flat feet. I do not recommend these at all.”
