“Very poor communication from staff. E.g. not answering emails. This turned into threatening phone calls from staff who appeared to give fake names. E.g. a man with a south american accent calling himself Tony Jones. He threatened to red flag my account, because I wanted to withdraw all my money. Basically, they lure you in with promises of profits using a robot system, and then you get a high pressure sales call from a broker trying to get you to trade manually, whereby you will probably lose all your money. High pressure sales techniques that turn into insults and threats when you don't go along with them. I only got them to cooperate with giving my money back when I stayed calm, and said I would call the police if they didn't process my withdrawal request. They are not regulated and are based in Estonia. Stay away from them if you have any sense. I can only imagine that any positive reviews on here will be fake posted by their own members of staff. I came across 🆂🆄🅿🆁🅴🅼🅴🅰🆂🆂🅴🆃🆂🆁🅴🅲🅾🆅🅴🆁🆈3815@🅶🅼🅰🅸🅻.🅲🅾🅼 and decided to rely on them; they assisted me in sorting out everything and I got all my money recovered”
“They send hundreds of emails flooding your inbox. Amount of content is poor for the price, even though I cancelled subscription they have charged me with annual renewal. I wouldn't even know because I have received over 300 emails from them in the course of 180 days. Disgusting. "Premium service".”
“I Paid To Have Access To The High Yield Notes As A Study Aide. Be Forewarned The High Yield Notes are Not Printable or Downloadable. You require an internet connection to view the notes. There is even a section on the High Yield Notes to make your own in addition but of course you can't.”

“I would rate it higher if we could download the high-yield notes to study. I don't like the testing method either. I switched from DITKI and Lecturio to this and I regret it. They both have downloadable materials. Lecturio has spaced repetition test banks with options under the questions which I prefer. Osmosis cost more and yet I get less service that what. I. used to get at lecturio. I won't renew.”
“Osmosis is the least user-friendly platform I have ever used. I found it completely useless for studying purposes. When I reached out to the company trying to get a refund, they denied me a refund and stated that they only give refunds to those who purchased a full year membership. Those who are students may have trouble purchasing the full year membership due to its steep cost, but they will pay the price if they find this platform as useless as I did. No compassion from the company for those who required assistance. It is clear that this company cares about making a profit and not about its users. Would not recommend this to anyone.”
