“Very bad experience this week with the Thurston outlet. Received an email an hour after ordering online saying that my order was "On Hold" without any specific reason. Called them right away and had to leave a message. No one ever called me back to fix the problem. I had to call them again around 5:00 PM after they missed the delivery time. Finally fixed the problem with them (wrong expiry date for my credit card). The bad news then was that it was too late for them for deivery (it was 6:00 PM) and that their driver already left. I had to arrange for a Uber driver to pick and deliver the flowers to my wife. Poor customer surface when I called (it felt like if they were not caring about the situation). Poor internet site. I went online to their survey link to complain but once the form was completed, I had an error message and lost all information. Went then on their Contact Us link and was automatically prompted to start a chat with one of their operators. Which I did... but after waiting 5 minutes, no one ever answered me back at the other end. Very dissapointed by the service and the lack of caring of the teams.”

“The flowers I sent to my mother started to die the day after she received them. This has been the second time this has happened, it also happened when I sent her flowers for mother’s day. I am extremely disappointed and upset that this has occurred.”

“I hired Ottawa Flowers for my wedding (bouquets, corsages, boutonniers, succulents and flower arrangements.) They did such a great job matching the bridal colours perfectly and were even early with their delivery on our wedding day! I've replanted the beautiful succulents in the bouquets as a keepsake that will keep giving and growing! #ThankYou”

“It was a pleasure to meet with the owner and work with him. He had great suggestions. Two little glitches. The flowers were not placed where I had requested on the altar and the boutonnières and corsages were left in the sacristy rather in the front pew so I wasn't able to use them until later at the banquet.....I just didn't know where they were before the ceremony. The people who saw them thought they were for a wedding and not for our son's Ordination. So don't just presume we all know the protocol. It all worked out and the flowers were beautiful. Thank you. I would certainly use their service again.”

“Pavel was great to work with! The pricing was quite reasonable. The flower designs for my wedding were beautiful. The delivery was on time and very professional. My only issue was that a couple of the blooms on the boutonnieres and corsages and were fully closed and were turning brown on the edges when we received them. Other than that, I was very pleased with my order.”

“Flowers looked beautiful and was delivered right on time! Only complaint is sometimes I felt the phone calls seem a bit rushed. Wasn't able to meet Pavel in person so it would have been better if the phone calls didn't feel like he was right in time.”
