“The "As Shown" photograph on your website for Yellow Rose Bouquet is not what was delivered. Short about 10 roses. I attached a photo of what was delivered compared to the "As Shown" on your website. Disappointed.”

“i ordered flowers for Valentines day - paid and set the date only for it to not show up and then sent an email to write a review about my experience. If you want to pay for flowers and then not have them show up when you want use this company.”

“Ordered flowers for my wife on Valentine day. It was my first experience with Ottawa flowers! I’m usually not 100% happy with any online orders I place! But this one was amazing! The flowers are just beautiful and even the delivery man was a pleasure to speak with. Thank you for a very successful experience. LP.”

“Flowers sent to us (from our son in Australia) were smashing and beautiful. Unfortunately no instructions were included and we kept it in the vase it came in but the roses did not open up and wilted I contacted the shop and another bouquet was sent. Also I could not reach the survey site to answer the 3 questions. Thanks all the same Vivian Glorieux”

“Incredible. I am left gobsmacked with Ottawa Flowers ability to deliver 5 arrangements to 5 different addresses, which included Meech lake. I submitted the orders at 12 pm and all arrangements were delivered by 7pm. Thank you. Still amazed”

“Update on my review regarding flowers that were delivered on Dec 7 and were dying by the next day. After contacting Ottawa Flowers about this fact and sending pictures, they stated it was the cold that caused the flowers to die (don't know how to deliver flowers in the winter?). I was promised a replacement for Dec 11. None was delivered and I received no communication from them; thus my review posted that evening. I did receive a lovely bouquet on Dec 14 at 5pm and it lasted 6 days. However, that 'make-up bouquet' does not make up for my initial experience, especially given my dealings with the poor customer service. Consequently, I still cannot in good conscience give Ottawa Flowers a more positive review.”
