The items purchased was addressed to my name not my address. Took a bit of chasing around with Australia post. So not the best first experience!!!

I made a purchase of a rod/reel & some plastics/jig heads and all I have received is the rod??? Why wouldn’t everything get posted together?

I don't think the prices are competitive for online shopping. I visited a number of sites and they were cheaper on all products I looked at. Its about pricing no flash websites! I got a discount but only when I asked and provided competitor prices. I won't bother next time and will support those retailers that are showing the best prices for online customers.

Still haven't received the item yet. Maybe the couriers fault. Unable to locate item after contacting the delivery provider. Maybe ottos should try another delivery provider

I have not receive the item. Also, its difficult to track the item it says, delivery is on Aug 27, but does not mention whereabouts or status of the item. I hope you can provide me with update.

Two weeks after ordering 4 items got a call to say 3 of the 4 out of stock - all were shown in stock at 10pm when I ordered. By this time I had received three other similar orders made on the same evening, from three online vendors, within 3-4 days. Actually my understanding is that it is illegal to represent product as in stock when it’s not (false advertising). I can’t tie my flies without the legs, and now have to order elsewhere ... another 4 or 5 days then. My overall feeling is that Ottos treats online orders as a free option - they fill them if it’s convenient, but you’re at the back of the queue compared to walk-in customers. Would never order from them online again, and would advise others not to.

Someone really needs to check with their online products and make sure the product is in stock. A lot of time would have been saved.

The "express"shipping to the USA is slower than expected and very disappointing. The listing stated express 3-7 day delivery with tracking. Been 20 days now and the "tracking" has no updates at all, just the same "in transit" every day. Will it take a month to get my reels??? Totally unacceptable

So Ottas was really nice and the bloke calls me as the order I made was unable to be done as they were out of stock of one of the Crabs (UV) so they asked if I was happy to replace and I said ok. If I was running this business I would of put something extra or a note as thank you or just something for the inconvenience. but the Cranka Crabs are a great product and the price was the best here. I just personally would have looked after a customer who was happy to bend for their mistake and shown appreciation.
