“This was my second purchase with Otto's and I was again pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the staff. I placed an order on line for a rod (I opted to pick the item) on a Sat afternoon and within a couple of hours it was already completed. I was also contacted twice (I could not take the call) on my mob. to confirm the lot. Great work”

“what i like about otto is their very quick delivery - only 2 days from sydney to melbourne, bought 2 fin-nor 10500 offshore reels (good price as well) a few weeks ago and just days ago 95cm bait pump by icatch - really nice, well-made thing, and price good, too. will definitely be buying more stuff in the future as prices are good and, what i really like, very quick delivery. you guys must be well organized - from receiving orders through stock picking in your warehouse to dispatch. kudos to you, thanks”
