My Plano rod holder was scheduled for delivery by 12 June 2020. A tracking notification told me that the product wasn't even posted by the store until two weeks later. It is 30 June and I still haven't received the product. So far, I can only say that it was easy for me to place the order and pay my money. Nothing else has happened yet.

Bought a 500m 30lb mono line online. Paid for it on the 16th june and will receive by 22nd june. Received an email on the 19th june (friday) saying my item is rejected cause of incorrect address. No delivery attemp at all. I called ottos that afternoon and they reilised they put the wrong address and i was told its ok to pick up on the weekend. I went to ottos at 2pm today (sunday 21st june) and i was told to pay for the item again so they can refund the money once rejected item was received from aus post. Once they reilised aus post did not attemp the delivery they decided to give me the item. They went to get the item to me and they came back saying they didint have the item in stock. By that stage im a very upset customer. 1. They put wrong address on item. 2. They tell me to pick up the item on the weekend. 3. They wanted me to pay again for item that i havent seen. 4. I go to pick up the item and they dont have any in stock. 5. Not even an apology. They made me feel very uncomfortable as a customer. I will never ever shop from ottos tackle drummoyne. P.s - i got the line picked up from the shop by a a friend of mine that shopped today at ottos drummoyne. (24th)

QUELLE MAUVAISE SURPRISE A LA LIVRAISON 133 € de taxes a payer......un SCANDALE LE MOULINET LE PLUS CHER AU MONDE 593 euros......j’attends une réponse merci les tarifs commerciaux s.entendent toujours TTC ... LE CERTATE 3000 ARK de chez Daiwa vaut 450 euros dans le monde entier 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡🥶

You cancelled my order so I did not purchase anything from you this time. If you've updated your service and you dont send products to my side of the ocean anymore, then say so so we dont waste our time goin thru the motions and ordering something that you would eventually cancel.

Very unhappy with the outcome a waste of my time A forgettable experience Ottos were unable to supply the rod after a 3 month wait, so had to do a refund. Went to Sneaky Fisho had the same rod delivered within the week, won’t be coming back to Ottos ever again 😠

Very disappointed Purchased a reel online , heard nothing for a week, I then contacted Ottos and got told there was an issue I called back the next day and was told the item was not in stock and I would receive a refund I then asked about the next size down which Also showed in stock, I was then told they were out of stock as well. Very disappointed which added extra stress to a recent fishing trip. The refund came back to my account fast without issue Overall after purchasing several items over the years. I’ve lost faith in the company and will Use local retail outlets in the future

Called to check stock and the guy was too lazy to do so, all he said was “if its online then it will be in stock”. I ordered a premium rod as the advertised it online which cost nearly $200 and they sent me a $80 What a joke! Now i have been waiting more than 2 weeks for them to organise a pick up and get my money back. This could have been avoided if the staff wasn’t soo lazy
