“Great service and fast postage. First order arrived wtihin 4 days of the order being placed. For my second order, they were out of stock on one particular item. I got a phone call from them the next day and a substitution for the out of stock item was offered and accepted. All round it has been a pleasure dealing with Otto's and will continue to order from them.”

“Overall I am very dissapointed with my purchase. I wanted the 2 pairs of Schimano shoes that I ordered, but only found out after I committed that there were 2 colours available. I contacted the seller through the ling straight after the purchase and requested one pair be swapped out for the orange pair but was ignored I am not impressed Peter Smith”

“Recently bought a Daiwa Saltiga Rod from Otto's, arrived quickly although the freight company had broken the rod (no fault of Otto's). A quick phone call and they had another shipped straight away. Easy to deal with and great customer service”

“It was worth driving to the otto's tackle. Good variety of stock and cheap compared to other tackle shops. Staff are very eager to assist. But sometimes as a customer I would like to be left alone to wander and look around and see if anything catches my eye.”

“I ordered an unusual rod, reel and braid combination to suit a particular need and rather than just ship the order, Otto's staff took the time to call me and clarify my intended use for the items. The fact that they took the time to ensure they were selling me products that were suitable for my needs, shows they aren't just interested in taking your money, they want to make sure you are getting the right products to meet your needs.”

“Ottos recently bought an upgrade the Shimano Maikuro II rod 2-4kg & Daiwa Regalis 2500 reel To me this is a real finesse Bream outfit tried it out on north side of Spit Bridge there’s a good spot for Breambo’s there round the side of the Estuary as yr looking North it’s to the right. Caught nothing but gear heaps better than me have to become a better fisherman to match it. Thanks Otto’s”
