“I made a purchase on 11 August my order came missing an item and it’s now 7 October and I’m still waiting. For this 1 adapter plug for my Aquaheat which I desperately needed the most still not received, everything was pretty good. I’m disappointed and could have gone to a local store but still hoping at any day it would have arrived by now? It’s made my experience not the greatest and my patience has definitely been tested and wearing thin! I just want what I’ve paid for! Jo (WA)”

“Recent order would allow click and collect (obviously products weren’t in stock and had to be obtained from suppliers) but order took over 2 weeks to arrive which is too long”

“Product arrived promptly, well packaged and in tact. Screen fit our awning perfectly and had tie downs and pegs as promised. The screen provides privacy, sun protection amd boosts the strength of the awning in wind. We needed to insert the sail track cord ourselves which was a little tricky but quite doable with two people. Very happy with the product for the price.”

“Great people to speak too. Easy to order cgear mat online. Excellent quality. I am still giving 5 stars even though we did receive wrong size mat. After couple of phone calls and emails, correct mat was sent out. Staff were very helpful and apologised for mistake in shipping. I would still order other products if needed.”

“Once we got over the mix-up with the extra item in my order. The delivery was very prompt. The item that I ordered was exactly what I needed. And I am very happy.. but I have been on the website to check out more stuff to buy and honestly it's like pulling teeth. But I will try again to see what else I can buy .”
