“We ordered an item and were happy with the service when ordering. It was the company who were delivering the item that gave us all the grief by not delivering the item for around two weeks which is absolutely disgraceful and disappointing from Brisbane to Gold Coast. We rang outback equipment and were told you would email the freight company (couldn't contact them by phone!!!!) and that this request would be treated as urgent. We had to ring back a couple of times before we eventually got Hayden (supervisor)at outback equipment to actually track down our parcel. Hayden was helpful but feel that your delivery service Couriers Please needs to be addressed.”

“The threaded outlets on the 43litre tanks had defective threads. It is not possible to have a fitting that doesn’t leak when the tanks are filled. The tanks are moulded in 2 halves, and the join bisects the outlet. The thread on each outlet is uneven, and creates a path for water leakage. This is unsatisfactory and poor design.”

“I received my tow bar 3 weeks after I order it and the courier you use I would not recommend them if they where the last couriers on earth and you out back equipment could have done a lot more to solve this problem so you have lost me as a customer for life as I would not trust your service any more”

“I bought the mozzie stickers. 72 pack. They work well. Just put one on the front, one at the back, I put on the bottom of my granddaughters shorts. That way I believe it protects her arms and legs.”

“Have bought a few items from them now and I am happy with the quality. However, on all occasions, it has taken around 3 weeks to get here in Melbourne. Not sure why the time when you can get deliveries form China in less than ten days”

“Recently ordered Aussie Traveller Anti Flap Kit. What I received was a Supa Peg De Flapper Kit what a load of Rubbish. The biggest problem was trying to get Outback Equipment to take it back and send the correct item, well that was a waste of time. I had to pay $50 for postage and then to be charged $10 for re-stocking. That was not going to happen, put item on Gumtree and Marketplace to recoup money. Bought correct item from another Company which was correct and then fitted. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUY ELSEWHERE YOU'D BE BETTER OFF”
