“I had an issue with my Terrain Tuff Dirty Gear Bag. It was replaced under warranty through an easy process. Outback Equipment was excellent to deal with. I definitely buy more gear from them in the future.”

“Wanted an Oztrail beach tent in green for my niece. I purchased one and requested green. I was then told 2 days later than my order could not be altered as it had already shipped? Received a blue tent in torn packaging. Wouldn't buy from here again.”

“The product was fine but only by sheer luck as once again it was extremely poorly packaged. The last item we purchased was smashed in the mail , this was a metal item with a hose type end for cleaning the water tankso was ok however it was put in a plastic bag only and had torn straight through the packaging , you need to sort out your packaging, bubble wrap guys”

“Bought two Korr LED lithium lanterns on Jan 25 2024. One lasted one month ..now being put through the continuing saga of warranty. Had it for one month when light failed..completely useles Why should I endure such a saga because your stock was a lemon!!! So as you can see ...not happy. Advising friends to be very wary as waiting on a replacement!!! The other light is great friends asking for info on where to purchase...mmmm !!! Not good service!!!!!”

“I have no argument with the supply and service of articles that I ordered, everything was first class but, I did submit one of your enquiry forms some time back and never even got a reply other than that it had been received. I was after a price and availability for some of those long (380mm) skinny, led tail lights and indicator lights for my caravan.”
