“Outback equipment took 3 weeks to ship my order and then only after 2 email requesting an update as to where my order was.This is the last time I will use them as I had a similar experience previously.”

“Staff were friendly but sold me the wrong equipment for fitting an awning to my van. This was despte the man actually looking at the van! Not easy to change things as i live over 250klm away. Friend collected correct part, no refund for worng parts only a credit note offerred. Won't be back so ther's $75 wasted.”
