“A very good step mat especially given the low price and simple to fit”

“Communication was very lacking. I had two orders about a week apart. The second order arrived within 10 days. The first order hadn't even left. I enquired why it hadn't left and all I got was we are waiting on one of the items. All the items were in stock apparently according to the website the whole time i was waiting. This missing item wasn't communicated to me until I enquired after almost 3 weeks. That's poor customer service and something that infuriates me and I'm sure plenty of other people.”

“Won't shop here ever again.ordered a buck knife that was in stock paid excess postage for a trip. After a week asked where my order was told waiting on the supplier. After a month cancelled my order.”

“So impressed with this company! We ordered a stovetop that was no longer available in the USA - it needed to fit in a precut/existing/drop in space on our boat - and I was so happy to find it on their website. I easily placed my order on-line, received email confirmation and updates on shipping, etc. The order was shipped in a timely manner, arrived in the US and cleared Customs in just a few weeks. The stovetop arrived in perfect condition. I was nervous about ordering from Australia but everything went seamlessly.”

“I had to return two items and exchange them for the correct size. Using the returns procedure was a little clunky, but it worked. The process is a little confusing for the first time. It would heve been good to have been notified that the reurned items had been processed and that a credit was available to re order the new items, regardless of a previous e mail process. The freight from Tannum sands to Acacia Ridge was $90 Then I had to pay freight for the new items. Certainly a process I do not want to repeat.”
