About Outback Equipment:

Outback Equipment was born from a couple of mates with a big idea and an even bigger love for the outdoors. What started in the back of a garage quickly moved to a warehouse corner and now, over 10 years later, we’re running our own full-scale warehouse and showroom storefront in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

We kicked off with a fascination for light bars, but it didn’t take long to realise there was a lot more gear to get excited about. Outback Equipment has since grown into one of the largest online ranges of 4x4, camping, marine, and caravanning accessories in Australia. Driven by our customers’ passion for exploring the great outdoors, we’ve expanded our space, our range, and our mission.

Received goods Where not what was shown on Web page Bracket was a metal angle And that was the part that i needed to be same as on web

bought the 12ft caravan cover and it was a lot bigger than i expected, quality was ok, it tore pulling it over the caravan but taped it up its doing it's job, don't expect it to last very long tho, but for price, if i can get 1 season out of it it be ok

Was after a few plastic bows for my pop top. Ended up buying them from our local caravan shop at 1/2 the cost of your identical unit plus the delivery charge was exorbitant.

I was disappointed in the quality of the roof vent with 12v fan that I purchased when it arrived, the metal framing was all rough as though shards of metal had clumped and stuck to it. I sent an email to the store and got no response. Still waiting to hear from someone. The coast door was delivered as described though & we are happy with that purchase.

Easy to deal with online but since my order I haven't a clue where it is or when I'll receive it? I still haven't received it yet so why are you sending me this ridiculous survey which under the circumstances is showing me how your going atm?

The product is great delivered on time. Unfortunately the product didn’t come with a pump and after several emails. Nothing has been resolved. Seems I’ve been brushed off. So unless I hear something. I won’t shop with you again nor recommend your store.

Eventually got what I ordered but I was dissapointed to discover they take orders for stock they do not hold. Had to wait a few weeks which held up my project. I would have ordered direct from the supplier if I had known they were also going to wait to get the same stock from them.

Some orders are extremely quick, some are extremely slow, seems to be hit-and-miss. In this last order the item showed as in stock after a few days with no update I called and was told they were waiting on stock. The internet showed the item was in stock still. So I dont know. Once dispatched it was delivered quickly.

I purchased a filter kit for a HDJ79 Landcruiser with a 1HDFTE engine and your filter kit doesn't contain the primary fuel filter. I feel the kit should include this filter.

I called and left details in the que before lunch yesterday, never heard back. I messaged on the site message yesterday before lunch as well. It ended up being quicker to drive to Acasia Ridge outlet to get service. The awning was not in stock, maybe in on Wednesday. Answers for below, phone and live chat. 24hrs+ Can't rate the customer service because they haven't called back. The young lady behind the counter was fine.

Ordered a bbq gas adapter. Took a couple of weeks to get here (Flinders Ranges) from Brisbane - ordered something else from another supplier in Brisbane and get that in 4 days- and the part ordered was different from what was online and I couldn't use it.
