“when the installers opened the tube containing the awning they found that one end cap was pointing 180 degrees to how the other end pointed. they managed to re-adjust the ends so they both faced the same direction but charged extra time for doing so. they felt that it had been opened previously and may have been returned because of the problem as stated. there were also a few scratches and scuff marks on the ends. Because we are in Perth, returning the item was not an option due to the shipping costs and time involved. For this reason we may have to deal locally for future purchases. I just wish the was an Outback Equipment outlet here in W.A. REGARDS Stuart.”

“A little disappointed with my purchase but no fault of yours. The Barrel and Key are to narrow for the lock in my unit and unfortunately there are no part numbers on either the one ordered or the old one that is jammed. The diameter of the barrel of the one I require is 14mm ( the one received 12mm) and the head is 18.5mm diameter (the one received is 15.5mm) Otherwise the measurements of length is the same on bot Do you have the larger one and if so what is the cost please.”

“Outback Equipment are the first place I go for all my camping and 4wd equipment. Outback Equipment’s web site has allot of great videos and information . They have regular specials and cheaper prices compared to other suppliers. I recently bought the Sureflow water pump for my camper trailer it worked fantastic.”
