“I went your store ordered and paid for the item , told it will be delivered in 5 days as it is in stock , turned up two and a half weeks later During this time I got all the excuses but never got to speak to the person sending the “ we are looking into it “ emails I thought it was poor customer service to level the blame at a third party supplier, when the item was “ in stock””

“I'm pleased with my purchase. I bought a discontinued GPS cable, suitable for AU and NZ use. This was the only company I found that was able to send the item to New Zealand. Although the display photo only showed a cable, it arrived in it's carton with full instructions.”

“Crappy service, staff don't seem to know what they are selling, and their lack of concern was not what we expected when we were told of this place. Wouldn't recommend it. The products they sell are great.. However a little product knowledge would have saved us a lot of time, money and frustration.”
