“Honestly a casket is the last thing most of us want to buy. Even so this experience was simple from Beginning to end. They needed to change slightly from what I’d intended, but the substitute was very comparable and well suggested. Delivered on time and in great shape.”

“No hidden fees or any upfront costs compared to other “internet websites” at checkout. Very transparent and clear information from the getgo! Rep with Customer service also confirmed the rates on the website. My order was placed on a Tuesday with a CA delivery and the casket arrived on a Friday with the ability to track. Overnight caskets is definitely your go-to for FAST n reliable service.”

“This isn't my first time using OC. Both times have went flawless!!! Bot times the caskets have been way more than I expected!!! Hopefully I don't have to use their services anymore, but if I do, I know their caskets are amazing!!! And customer service is right behind that!”

“We needed a casket quickly because of a National Holiday, which severely constricted our timeline. Overnight Caskets was honest with us. They said they could guarantee delivery on the day we needed, they couldn't promise the time (morning). We appreciated their candor. We went ahead with our order. When the casket didn't arrive in the morning--which they didn't promise--I called and they checked on the status. Within a short time, the mortuary called us and said it had been delivered. They had the casket delivered that day, as promised, in time for its needed use.”

“They were very accommodating. Called me back to let me know what they could do with free shipping. Casket came as promised. Upon inspection a. Dry small imperfection was found by the receiving funeral director on the inside where it would not be seen, which I felt would not make any difference. Their price was as reasonable as any I found on the internet with the red shipping.”

“Great job with over-the-phone customer service and ordering. The product came a day later than anticipated but still within the time window we needed for it to arrive. The one thing I'd ask is that we could track delivery without calling to find out. Overall, great experience.”
