“Great service overall. The casket was delivered fast, in about 36 hours after ordering. The agent was very helpful in making sure I got the right kind of casket for shipment (needs a proper seal). And the price was great. The only complication was concerning the size. On the website the size of the casket I chose is listed at 81 x 28 inches. On the invoice that came with the casket it indicated 86 x 32 inches. Finally, using a tape measure, the funeral home measured the casket at 83 x 28 inches. The confusion around the size caused some anxiety as to whether the casket could fit in the plot.”

“I was a little leery of trying this purchase online for the first time I had a little problem with the casket I ordered not being available on the East Coast but they had the casket on the West Coast the company got back to me in a timely manner and they shipped the casket that I wanted to use overnight from Atlanta to Richmond Va the next day. When the casket arrived I was still very impressed with the quality and style of the casket that I received In my opinion and experience so far with this company they are a very top-notch company and if I have to I will do business with them again thank you very much”

“The Casket I ordered for my Father was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The funeral home had a similar one on display that was more than twice the cost. The funeral director even commented how mine was BETTER quality than their version. I received many compliments from family and friends on it's beauty and I think my Dad would've been proud.”

“I did not know that you can get tracking numbers and what time the casket would be delivered until the funeral home called and said the casket was not here. You need to let customers know of that option.”

“Overnight Caskets saved us thousands of dollars. I was of course nervous to order a casket from an online company without seeing it first. I read all the reviews and everyone seemed to agree they had a great experience and the caskets they ordered were beautiful. I had the same experience - easy to work with - casket arrived overnight at the promised time and it looked elegant - Dad would have loved it! I ordered the heritage bronze casket with cream velvet interior - very happy I decided to purchase from Overnight Caskets.”

“To be honest I was a little leery of purchasing a casket online. It seemed a little odd but to purchase something like this off the internet, but the funeral home was asking insane prices for a decent casket for my wife's mother. When we asked them to see a cheaper option, it was a boxed wrapped in what looked like felt. I called overnight caskets and placed my order in minutes. I did have to pay an extra $300 for guaranteed overnight delivery, but even with that extra cost, we save almost $2000 for a nicer casket then the funeral home was offering initially. I will say the funeral home was not happy about us getting a casket from somewhere other then them. When we told them what we were doing they gave all kinds of excuses. That they come in damaged and that they won't fit in the concrete box. All this was BS. The Casket was just as pictured online, perfect condition. Save yourself some money. don't let the funeral home rip you off.”

“We were rather nervous about ordering a casket on-line, but Overnight Caskets handled our need for an immediate shipment perfectly. Jeff and Mark were extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. The casket was delivered to the funeral home on time and in perfect condition. We were extremely pleased.”
