“The original casket that was ordered, was going to cost me an additional $300 because it was located in another location.... Company was willing to absorb the fee to accommodate my order. Had to pick an alternative”

“The casket was beautiful and of great quality. The Funeral Director kept commenting on how nice the casket was. I would highly recommend Over Night Caskets to my friends and relatives. I will certainly use them again in the future!”

“Was not able to create an account to check status of shipment so I wasnt able to get my tracking # or view why my order status changed but over all once casket was received it was a beautiful casket and pricing was great. Free overnight service was a huge help and made that part of my father's burial stress free for my already distraught mom.”

“The entire process was so easy. From selecting a casket online, to placing the order with the helpful staff who is available 24/7 days a week. Placing the order was easy and I was contacted by their staff the next morning to let me know my order had been shipped to the funeral home. They also contacted me the following day to let me know my order was out for delivery and the name of the courier service they were using. When we went to the funeral home for the viewing, the casket looked even better in person than it did online. I paid one third the price that the funeral home was going to charge for a similar casket. I would not hesitate to use the service again. You will not be disappointed in using this company.”

“Shipping was fast and on-time, casket was absolutely gorgeous for the price. One reservation, which I think had nothing to do with Overnight Caskets: The color of the Guadalupe Monarch Blue was not at all like the photo. I have a great eye for color and had a hard time believing it wasn't black. But it was beautiful nonetheless and we were all pleased.”

“In what is a very difficult time for a family, we opted to purchase the caskwt for our family member through Overnight Caskets. This choice was based solely on large financial savings over that from a funeral home. Concerned about delivery time to a funeral home acrods the country, we spoke to Steve and was assured the casket would arrive overnight to its destination as promised. Steve conducted himself in a very professional and efficient manner understanding the circstances. The casket was delivered as promised, and the quality and beauty easily surpassed our expectations. I would strongly recommend using Overnight Caskets and services. Beyond the cost savings, the courtesy and professionalism was greatly appreciated.”

“Excellent customer service! They did not have the casket I ordered on the east coast and they immediately called me to tell me that and offered a nicer more expensive casket at the same price as what I paid and it was delivered the next morning! Service does not get any better than that”

“Our dad passed away with no life insurance or savings account. The caskets at the mortuary were very expensive even for the least expensive. And the least expensive caskets were not very pretty. We found Overnight caskets and the the exact casket that dad wanted and a price at $1000.00 less than the funeral home. Overnight caskets told us it would be 3 days to arrive and it came in 2 days. It is a very nice casket. We were very pleased with the casket and the service of Overnight casket.”
