“I ordered Saturday 6/17 knowing that the order wouldn’t be placed until Monday 6/19. I needed next day delivery which would be Tuesday there was a delay and I didn’t get the casket until Wednesday which was the day of the viewing. I was able to track it along the way which was a relief. They refunded me my overnight shipping fee without me asking that put the icing on the cake. The world is different now especially after COVID give yourself a couple extra days delays are out of the hands of overnight caskets.”

“The casket was very nice unfortunately there was a defect and it had to be returned. The return was a hassle free process. They refunded my money with out any pushback which I appreciated. I highly recommend ordering from them and I would order again. Thank you overnight caskets.”

“When dad died unexpectedly, we were looking at options amd came across your website. After ordering our desired casket, we got a call to let us know it was not available. The representative was professional, friendly and proactive, offering alternatives that would meet our need. With expedited shipping the casket arrived to the funeral home the following day. It was just what we needed. 100% will recommend this business.”

“So my experience with Overnight Caskets was almost perfect. Makayla was great. The price was great and you even price matched a competitor. I received 7 e-mails from Overnight Caskets. Thanks for your order. Thanks for registering. Here is your receipt. Here is a copy of your conversation. Your order has been updated to shipped and 2 e-mails asking me to "Rate my Experience". Well the one e-mail, and the most important was the one I never received. YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED. If I had a tracking number it would have saved me 5 days of unnecessary stress. You do not offer a tracking number. You need to provide a tracking number. Food for thought.”

“Our family member died Thursday. The next day, Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend, an extremely helpful Sales Associate facilitated the transport by air of a casket to our state. It was delivered by noon the day after Memorial Day. The price was far less than the funeral home would have charged. I highly recommend Overnight Casket Company.”

“Thee casket came quickly. It was a beautiful white casket, and a lot less costly then the ones at the funeral home. I was very pleased with it. I am sure that it was what my sister would have wanted to be buried in.”

“The casket arrived as stated and was beautiful. Order early so you don’t have to pay extra shipping. Our mortuary didn’t have room to store it so it cost extra to overnight it. Also you can call and make sure they have the one you want in stock!”

“Funeral director recommended me to this website and said it it will be 1000’s cheaper than buying from his funeral home. So I ordered, and next day got a call it was not available so they gave me something better for the same price and the funeral chapel received it 2 days later. Very convenient saved me money and casket looked great for him to rest in. Thank you for making this difficult period of my time very smooth. My dad will be satisfied!”
