“Overnight Caskets was the best choice we made, My wife choose 4 caskets, and wasn’t sure which one she wanted on 03-19-2019 my wife passed away at 9:19am. With all the preparing that we had done, I wasn’t prepared, I was numb in shock and couldn’t function after 45 years of being together with two daughters Bethanie and Abigail. They made the final decision and choose the white with the Our Father prayer. It was sent and received by the funeral company on 03-20-2019 and she was buried on 03-21-2019 The funeral company was also impressed with the casket and they checked the quality of it. They looked it all over and told me that they were discussing ordering from overnight caskets themselves. They stated that the quality was good and I stated the company was flawless. My wife did not want a showing and she did not want to be embalmed so timeliness was important, and overnight caskets was right on time.”

“We have used Overnight Caskets twice now in 14 months. Delivery and product were excellent. Price is amazing. Saved us several thousand dollars. The one casket did say that it was velvet lined. But, is was the cheaper lining. I hope they do fix that description. Casket was beautiful. But, we were expecting it to be velvet and it was the tricot lining. Will definitely use them again!”

“We are located on the East coast and selected overnight shipping for the casket we ordered, around 3pm, which the website advertises as long as you're on the east coast. We told the funeral home that it would be delivered the next day, and carried on with other funeral prep tasks. The next day, we called the funeral home around 3pm to be sure the casket showed up, and....it hadn't. The delivery folks apparently called the funeral home and said something like they'll "hopefully" be able to get it there the next day. Hopefully?! Thank goodness it did, in time for my dad's services, but not before it inconvenienced the funeral home staff and had us all sweating bullets as to whether or not it would arrive. The casket is very beautiful and I know dad would love it - not to mention the monetary savings..no complaints there! But, I'm not so sure I would trust them again to be timely!”

“The casket was beautiful. It shipped over night and they called an hour before to let us know they were coming. It was a great experience. My only comment could be the picture showed it as a little darker. But other than the color being a little off. It was perfect.”

“Large selection. MUCH less expensive than the choices at the funeral home. Maybe you can get it overnight, but I didn't need it overnight. It took several days. I also never got tracking information which was a bit concerning, but whenever I called for updates, they were courteous and responsive. The lack of tracking info is due to the courier they use.”
